SAPPHIRE Stay

Booked at hotel by @goibibo, paid for early check-in, at 8.00am, that too in Gostay property. But they denied checkin in the hotel and told me to check in after 12.00pm or urged to cancel by booking. Pathetic service by Gostays. Thank God, I was able to find an another hotel. What if I couldn't find it, in the early morning, that too with my mother. Very rude staff. Then why are you taking a reservation by paying extra for early check-in.

I really loved the experience as I am handicapped and came here for medical treatment in NIMHANS hospital. *Location is very good it's almost on the main road and in main market. It is just 700m from the hospital. *Staff was very good. When I reach there or I have to go somewhere there were helping me with wheelchair (it was provided by hotel). Whenever I need anything they were on their toes to help. Rooms were decent and spacious. Neat and clean. Price was very reasonable. I got it for just 800 for 2 person.

Please don't book this hotel, the Response was very poor. Don't waste your money and time

Worst 3rd class hotel dont have the basic manners to deal with the customers no building parking facilities and dont behave properly i didn't stay because of the misbehaviour from the person at the front desk worst experience ever

The rooms were claustrophobic, had cockroaches, bedsheets were smelling badly, overall environment was pathetic

My recent stay at was marred by poor hygiene standards. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible grime in the bathroom . The overall atmosphere was musty, and common areas were also neglected. Management should address these concerns promptly for the comfort of their guests.

Double bed rooms are ok. But rooms have lots of cockroaches. A bit maintenance is required. 24hrs hot water not available. The hotel is situated at the market place. Medicine shop is also available. Nimhans is 10-15mins walking and by auto it will take hardly 3-4mins.

Please don't book this hotel because they can cancel your booking anytime. Even if you have booked a room in it and even got the confirmation of your booking they are gonna cancel it for sure. I had a booking in this hotel and I even talked to the receptionist regarding the confirmation of my room and my checkin timing, but still when I reached there and call them they refused to give us the room we booked. Most importantly the receptionist was so rude. He was like 'we don't have rooms now so don't call me and let me sleep!'. If the hotel owner is reading this then I would suggest you to check your staff because they don't really know how to behave or talk with the customer. This was so horrifying for me as a woman to stand all alone outside the streets that too at 2am in the morning. The receptionist was not even sorry for what ever he did . IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL!!!
