Hello Everyone, Booked this hotel through MMT and its clearly mentioned that the room is available for 24hrs post checkin....i came to hotel to check in the manager said for online booking ur checkout time is 11am. Where as in MMT its clearly mentioned its 24hrs from the time of check in.. screenshot attached. I am standing in front of hotel after travelling 8 hrs, tired....and talking to mohit....MMT employee for one hour....he couldn't resolve the issue. Hotel manager says if you book directly....its 24hrs and if you Book through online....its 11 am checkout. Please don't book through MMT as these people don't verify the property before posting it on their app. Please request everyone not to book this hotel through MMT and if possible, book it directly to avail 24hrs service. They haven't resolved my issue since 2hrs and I am waiting on road till now. They haven't cancelled or refunded my amount so far. MMT SUCKS

Doesn't provide any things like towel, shampoo. Even they don't have the facilities like hot water. Strict rules of talking in Kannada. Not had a Good experience .

I booked a stay here for 1 night. But the hotel and the room was so bad that I felt after a couple of hours. The toilet was very unclean. There was poop in the toilet which had not been cleaned! I just wanted to leave the place. And my partner didn't want to stay there any longer. She also didn't feel safe being there. The staff wasn't helpful. They're very rude! I mean guys, read all the reviews about this place. It's really bad. The owner doesn't even bother to fix the place based on the reviews. DO NOT GO HERE!

Very bad experience from service and staff. Not a friendly atmosphere very rude behaviour from staff. Rent is too much expensive for this rooms and services . Rooms are very bad . Bed and blankets is very old and stained not cleaned properly blankets is very cheap and ripped. Bathroom also very unclean. Feel very very disgusting. We booked the room for one day they charged 1150 for double room and 700 advance total 1850 and We were late for our check out by 30 mnts. But they charged two day full rent . One person from the north India they took his bag and luggage for the same checkout issue. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. Please find any other better place .

On morning we were rudely woken up by someone shouting about tea and coffee just like they do on trains. The staff here seem to have no regard for guests' comfort treating us with a lack of basic courtesy. If you don't mind being disturbed as early as 6 AM and being treated like you're an inconvenience, then this hotel might be suitable. Otherwise, avoid it--they show no respect for privacy and make it impossible to rest properly.

Hi guys rooms are not good..in rooms cockroaches are there and there is no proper parking facilities also please don't prefer it..

Just one hour late and they changed extra 400/- and bed sheets were stinky and also very rude atmosphere and not friendly for customers
