I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was courteous and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I would especially like to appreciate Mubashira for her exceptional hospitality and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and hassle-free. Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price We had a very disappointing stay at this property after booking the Luxury Cottage. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations: The room phone didn't work, making it frustrating to place any food or laundry orders--we had to call the front desk every time. Tracking requests was chaotic and inefficient. Several amenities were non-functional: the TV and even the doorbell didn't work. The cottage floor was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The swimming pool was overcrowded due to kids' training classes and was not well-maintained. The buffet food was average at best. With a large corporate event happening during our stay, the dining area felt more like an office canteen than a relaxing resort. In-room dining was a letdown--highly overpriced, small portions, and the food lacked flavor. The tea was even served cold. We came here looking for a peaceful getaway, but ended up feeling more exhausted from constantly having to follow up on basic services. While the staff was polite and courteous, the sheer number of issues completely overshadowed their efforts. Not recommended. There are far better options for a relaxing resort experience.

The staff and ambience was great. We enjoyed our stay. Worth the price. Would recommend a visit to the place. Great blace almost the city about food it was so delicious peaceful restaurant nice vibe with playing rabbit and ducks... Thank you

Royal orchid resort is very big property and very decent property. I'm staying in one deluxe room it's very cozy and beautiful. Except that food ambience all are very good. Staffs are very helpful and cooperative. Management is very nice. Allover it's very good. I would like to visit for next time. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms. Priyanka at the restaurant for her excellent service--she was polite, helpful, and always had a smile. She made our dining experience even better. Highly recommended!

I loved the stay at Orchids. The ambience is really great. I liked the food too. Every food items are very tasty and yummy. The rooms service all goood and very cozy place this is everyone should come here for stay over also staffs are very helpful and coperative Maitryi and sangeta are very nice

Amazing cuisine! The idli was my fav and the staff were very welcoming and the ambiance was family friendly with beautiful decor. Overall the experience was great! Sangeeta and musbashira ,Sarfraz they all are very copertive in reception thanks

The evening dinner experience was good with a live performing music artist. Although the price point is expensive for the limited A'la carte experience for vegetarians. Anyway the taste was good and portion size was reasonable for both Chinese and north Indian food options. This place is more suitable for seminar kind of corportae events. Wouldn't suggest for corporate day outing for limited no of activities.
