Totally bad service A/c. Wasn't working and Hot water wasn't available.food is also average ,even after complaining for multiple times no one responded and also the manager surya was very adamant and charged rs4000 for jus four hrs even after paying extra amount on first day.

Only problem with the rooms is they don't have a fan. So at times if AC is not working, you have to run behind the staff in the middle of the night. Something similar happened to me but luckily a vacant room was available where things were in a better state. The staff was very helpful with that. We've have our annual sales review in this hotel always. Great Food and ambience. Also location is comfortable for reaching Majestic. So a good choice of stay any day.

This hotel was a fantastic surprise! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to answer my questions and make recommendations for sightseeing. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. For the price, it was an unbeatable value. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area..

Perfect location for onward journey to Mysore by bus next to the hotel. Staff courteous, Even late night 1:30 am, I got good support. Breakfast inclusive and tasty. Overall hygiene and well kept premises.

The staff at this hotel is quite friendly and cooperative. Reception manned by AKASH & MANOJ. Both of them and their colleagues are quite alert, attentive. Enjoyed interacting with them for any queries and information. The restaurant serves good warm breakfast. Serving staff is quick, prompt. Any a la carte items are well made. So food is good and reasonably priced.

Excellent service really I am very happy because I done my daughters first year birthdayparty party hall was very nice they given own time to enjoy to our family members dinner was very nice thank u so much for service Rooms also very well maintained..I am definitely refer to this hotel
