Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel

Very welcoming. Instant service. Very good behaviour of all staff. The way everyone greets from the gate keeper to the trainees and management staff is wonderful. Special mention to Ms. Pragati from the reception desk for her welcoming nature and her patience on listening to what guest have to say. Ms. Murchana from the lounge and bakery was very kind with her service. She ensured our comfort.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The breakfast was definitely the highlight--lots of fresh options including juices, fruits, Indian dishes, and the usual Western fare. I also had a great view of the race course from my room, which was a nice. It's about an hour from the airport.||||That said, the hotel itself feels quite dated. The rooms are old, the furniture and decor are worn out, and the mattress had clearly seen better days. It's definitely time for a refurb. Also, getting an Uber or Ola was a bit of a hassle, and there's not much to do in the immediate area.||||One thing to note: there's no functioning executive lounge. Instead, they serve some snacks and drinks in the bar downstairs during the evening, including a live counter, which was a decent workaround but not really the same experience.||||Overall, an okay stay--but mostly for the breakfast and the view. Wouldn't mind coming back after a proper renovation.

I visited Renaissance Race Course for a business meeting the ambiance was super awesome and very comforting. All staff were helpful during the event and stay as well. Mr. Alam, Brijesh and pavan co operated very well all the time Food was also good.

The banquet facilities at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel are truly exceptional, offering a seamless blend of elegance and functionality that caters to a variety of events. The hotel's modern event spaces are well-suited for weddings, birthdays, conferences, and more, providing an ideal setting for memorable occasions.|A significant contributor to the success of these events is Mr. Suman Kumar, the Banquet Manager. He took excellent care of all the guests and ensured all our requests are adhered to.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.|Food was delicious & great service. In short this time we were so impressed with Renaissance. Planning to visit again soon. Renaissance please continue with the great work

Renaissance being one the premium Marriott brands, did live up to the expectations. I was there for a staycation with my partner on the occasion of her birthday. And please trust me if I say, It was PERFECT. The best part I would say, how the guest ambassadors accommodate the guests even before the stay. So, I received message from Sarupa, who was my guest ambassador to check if I had any specific requests. That was a brownie point for the hotel. I requested for early check-in and to ensure no service gaps during the stay. Jumping to the day of arrival, I was greeted at the front desk by Seema and she was a delight to talk to. She without me asking upgraded us to the highest floor and provided early check-in. More brownie points there. And also, we got 2 complimentary pints of beer in our package. On the day of birthday, the staff inquired if I would be ok with small decoration in the room, Khushadhar did a great job. I was super impressed by the hospitality and my partner appreciated the gesture. The restaurant was the only reason that I deducted 1 point but apart from that, everything else w.r.t the stay was A-class. During checkout when I conveyed the feedback, the staff was receptive and even the F&B manager came and spoke to me. That shows the customer value and brand recognition. Thank you for the amazing experience, will definitely look forward to another experience in future.

Great to stay in Bangalore. Superlative attentive service. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Generous Lounge food for platinum members. The best of all is the restaurant where Chef Prasad leads food preparations. He personally greets and provides hot idles, pooris, and all kinds of dosas. We stayed a week here in January 2015 and on our rerun trip to Bangalore after touring many places in India, we came back to this hotel. We were treated like royalty and given send off cake by his whole staff!! A thing that makes us go back to India and stay here again is the food by Chef Prasad and his staff. His South Canara specialties like Goli Baje, Bondas, Paniaram, Idiappam etc. Are all yum ! The whole restaurant staff and front desk staff are all eager to serve.

It was great experience in renaissance hotel to have hosted an event. Throughout it was amazing. Shriya , Imran, Ashwin , Rohan ,Akshay , Linda and Alam were great with the over all event. We will soon come back and have another event with renaissance. Thank you for the hospitality
