I recently had the pleasure of hosting my brother's wedding at this incredible hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our special day truly unforgettable. The rooms, food, and amenities were all top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable experience. 5 stars isn't enough - they deserve a 10!

Buffet breakfast has good spread of items that covers Indian and English spread.Rooms are spacious but size of bed is compact. Nice pool and kids play area room. Overall good experience.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We stayed here for two days during a friend's wedding. They almost ruined the experience for everyone. 1) Housekeeping didn't pick up the phone all through our stay, and I found out later that they apparently don't do housekeeping in rooms at a wedding party unless called. I did call them and ask the reception though, and no one came till my checkout time (which was a full 24 hours later). 2) Further, multiple rooms had ACs that stopped working in the middle of the night because they hadn't been serviced. My own room had no hot water for the last leg of my stay, and the shower was so old that it sprayed water everywhere, soaking the entire bathroom when you took a bath. Plus, the loos are old and stained, and in urgent need of renovation, which also applies to cupboards and furniture. 3) My 'fresh' room had cups that literally had fungus growing inside them. The hotel wasn't even apologetic when I complained, and took nearly an hour to send up one fresh cup. 4) Multiple guests had to scream and complain multiple times (on myriad subjects, ranging from construction noise to food quality) before any work was done. And for the most part, the staff was reluctant to help or solve any issues. 5) While some of the north Indian food at the wedding was decent, the Dhaba restaurant served uncooked potatoes and stale pakodas at breakfast on our last day. It's also near impossible to find staff there when you need them. I think the only good thing was that they make a decent cold coffee and chicken sandwich, and room service food comes quite quickly (and is surprisingly cheap). Also, at least one wing at the hotel seems to have renovated rooms.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were unclean, and the staff was rude. The food was extremely overpriced, with a bread omelette costing 263. To add to the disappointment, we paid 5,600 + GST for a single night, but the hotel couldn't even provide a stable WiFi connection. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."

It's a resort more than 25 years old. They still maintain good greenery. The resort's location is also convenient for traveling to destinations.This resort offers a tranquil escape with its lush, well-maintained landscapes. Over two decades of care have created a truly beautiful environment. The convenient location adds to the ease and enjoyment of any stay. Guests can easily explore nearby attractions and activities. It's the perfect blend of nature and accessibility.

If you are looking for resort then this one is a resort of 30+ years old defination resort. If you are looking just night spend then it is costly. Nothing is of current time. They have recovered investment in first 10 year and now only income at no investment like. This is resort but you have to ask for everything like tooth brush, paste, comb. Overall you can avoid it as new hotels can be better than this.

Very old infrastructure and outdated designs. AC in our rooms was fixed with cellotape so that the lid wouldn't fall on us Paid 5,500 for accommodation for 3 people. We took 3 rooms in consecutive days for our relatives and prices were different for same rooms. The charges were different for all rooms although the room designs and facilities were same. Best in cleanliness and very good privacy.

Nice decent resort, though the furniture and ambience is slightly old. The bathrooms are not well maintained as there was leakage. Service provided by staff was very good.
