Everything was fine. The manager and supporting staff were very humble and always stand with the customer. It never feels you are eating out side your home. I want to special mention about Mr. Aarif who is very good in nature. Cleanliness is the best part of the hotel.

Its really great to stay in Ramada. I like the stay and staff really helpfull.Ankith, he was reallyhelp full. Also pool facility my team enjoyed it. Gym and playground all are here. My sports team enjoyed and had a good practice here. Great facility overall. I will stay whenever I come to Bangalore.

A very lovely experience staying at Ramada. Polite and we'll behaved friendly staff. Location is perfect for relaxed holiday or destination events. Away from the hustle of the main city. Doesn't feel like u are in Bengaluru. Food too didn't disappoint. Lavish breakfast spread specially on weekends. So many options made it easier for us to feed the baby. Restaurant staff was helpful to get milk for baby in morning and night. Stay was comfortable with no problems regarding anything

Istayed at Ramada ylanhanka bangaloreI hotel and was shocked to find that there was no water supply in my room running water for basic needs like washing or using the toilet. I contacted the hotel staff multiple times, but no one responded or offered a solution. This is completely unacceptable for any hospitality service. A lack of communication and essential services like water ruined my stay. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The hotel, staff, restaurant is all very good. The staff is very helpful and eager to help. The rooms are spacious. The only problem that I think the hotel could work on is, the beds in twin occupancy rooms are extremely small and therefore not at all comfortable. I was afraid I was going to fall off it and therefore had the most restless sleep. The second is the linen. From the bath towels to the bed linen which were at one point white had turned grey with use and age. There was no way to know if they were fresh or not. If these two things were to be fixed the property is an excellent business hotel.
