Purple Cloud Urban

Booked/ Stayed at this place between 7-8 Dec 2024 as it's very near to the GKVK campus (the destination of Bangalore Ultra 2024)||Hotel is small and cozy, good enough for a solo traveler or a couple at best. The first floor is dedicated space for co-working and the other two floors for hotel rooms. They do have a restaurant but didn't eat there as it's a mix of veg and non-veg on offer. If you are specific on veg-only restaurant (like me), there are multiple places in the near vicinity - all walkable distances. ||There is no space to park your car here, in case you are driving down...you have to park it on the main road which is hardly few feet away. ||Coming to the room, it's a decent space, neat and tidy. Only issue is the lack of options to prepare T and Coffee. Their restaurant serves between 8am-10pm...early morning T/coffee lovers will have a very hard time as no shops are available early morning. I wish they could have given a kettle so that I can prepare some instant tea. But, that's a minor issue.||I have requested for a late check out and the staff is kind enough to oblige the request. Thanks a ton. ||There is so many places around for a quick shopping, in case you have time and energy.

Have stayed here 2 times over the past 2 years. First time, experience was very good. Most recently (late December 2024 ) found it to be average. Sometimes sheets are torn, at other times they were stained. Definitely need pest control. There were quite a few cockroaches. In one room ceiling had mold, bathroom light wasn't working, fixtures are falling apart.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the staff are very good and so friendly to client.. Sharukh, meghana,devaraj, bhuvan are the best.. We are so happy to have such staffs.. Thank you so much

Must Visit hotel, service and food both are really good , Especially house keeping stafs have a very kind gesture and good working skill, they even provide you hot water when asked, Mr devrajan happens to be one of the best working person here

Despite a minor issue with pest control, my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. I would definitely return to Purple Cloud Urban Hotel.

Overall a pleasant stay, thanks to Mr. Samir the housekeeping supervisor, the reception and the gate keeping staff! The rooms at were clean and comfortable, just as advertised. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay. However, the real star of the show was Mr. Samir, the housekeeping supervisor. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the food options were a bit limited. There could have been more variety. Despite the lack of food variety, my stay was overall positive. The clean rooms and the staff's excellent service more than made up for it.
