Prestige Residency

To start with we booked Triple Suite room that stated it had Queen Bed that can accommodate 3 people along with that we booked an extra bed however, for our surprise we got Double cot which can accommodate just 2 members. We had no option and force to share with 3 people. No Towel's nor Soap provided. Bathroom was too compact but, had basic amenities. The bathroom mat was changed before years I guess which was too dirty. Other than that in the morning the Hotel had frequent power fluctuation due to which got stuck in lift twice luckily, somehow managed to get out by God's grace. Drinking water they kept was pathetic to drink seems they just kept the bore water to serve Hot or cold. If you are tight in Budget and ok to survive with these basic amenities then you may opt else please skip and choose a good hotel.

Worst experience from the hotel staff's and the rooms are not hygiene don't expect more about from this hotel bad hospitality When we stayed an night we not get water till the morning and the water are seen by black coloured Please don't book this hotel waste of money...

It is worst. Booked on Agoda. They have not even changed bed sheets before giving to new checkins. Bed and sheets were full of stains from other customers. You understand what I mean. We requested multiple times to change them, but they didn't listened. Even bachelors won't be comfortable in those rooms. So we had to move to other hotel. Waste of money.

We can enjoy the facilities on a low budget, just like bread with a little flour. Don't expect too much.

The location and room were satisfactory, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the toilet fell short of expectations. Additionally, there were damaged cup and buckets, and the lack of towels and soap was disappointing. As a result, I wouldn't recommend this place for families seeking a comfortable stay."

Very standard hotel, secure with CCTV coverage. Only issue is that there is no kitchen so room service can only get stuff from outside once you provide the amount. Service is standard, not bad not good. Rooma could be a little cleaner but they are adequate at their price range. Overall good for a tight budget with basic amenities.

First thing, I would like to say that the rooms were not up to mark what was expected. The pricing was fine but the main issue was the rooms. Talking about service, it was a very bad experience, they did not provide towels, shampoos, body wash, only I got a bed with an attached bathroom. Only what I liked was the location where it was situated as that particular is a bit safer than any other area over there.

Very bad hospitality and behaviour. They don't even inform before checkout time. And if the time expires 1, 2 hours they forcefully charge full day amount.
