OYO 76570 New Fort Premium

This is no longer under oyo. Its now new fort hotels. The accommodations were excellent. The rooms are clean. The bathroom had a pleasant atmosphere. Their restaurant's food was outstanding, and the staff's behaviour was also quite professional. We spent two days there, Sunday and Monday. The only issue we had was that the keycards did not function and you had to call the attendant to open the room locks every time you came.

I Never book further in this oyo9559. Worst people at reception, worst amenities in room, worst service levels. I don't know whether oyo management evaluate their service levels at 9559. There is complimentary brk fast as per my booking details but they skipped.... During check in no support for customers.. saying your booked price is not affordable, your booked name is differs as per document..what else to make us frustrate...height of this oyo 9559 is no taps available in wash basins. Horrible experience. Even one star is also too much for this.

At the time of check in they will deny the room citing that the rate confirmed by oyo is very low and so and so is his rate. If you pay the balance room is yours else u can opt for your choice. No need to mention pathetic service from oyo

No great views, Complementary breakfast is so worst, Somewhat ok as to what was given in oyo photos, Clean rooms, Supportive reception, In-house service available, Nearby includes medical shop, fruits, restaurant, Bar Receptionist Sameer is supportive. Since there were no much bookings during our stay, he agreed for 3 hours extra checkout time.

Towels unclean, balcony door locked but big gaps in the sides (mosquitoes)! Key card doesn't unlock the door so the front office has to unlock each time. Property has potential but housekeeping and maintenance not good. Rate good.

First of all i would like to say that the service of oyo was extremely poor. And then comes the service of this hotel, the people out there don't even know how to behave with the guest. Such irrational behaviour by the hotel staffs is really pathetic. They even don't know how to behave with ladies. People reading this review, i sincerely request you all not to choose this hotel ever.

Froude...!! Pls oyo what r u doing....? The receptionist demanding 999rs and in oyo app its showing 700rs for a single room..... And i asked him why 999rs and he replied some other charges, service charges etc etc.... And ltr i showed him room price posted in oyo app and still that guy was not ready to give, so i told him i don't want ur room and i was about to go then he is asking ok give me 800 rs.... What d hell happing!!? ....I told him i will call oyo customer care....Then that guy asking me to give 700rs....very bad....

Location is in hoskote. Room is seriously awesome. It very calm to stay there. Rooms have balcanies to sit and chat. Service is very good. Complimentry breakfast also good. Hotel food is also Good. I enjoyed and satisfied.
