OYO 346 Fortune Comforts

Rooms are decent & location is very good. But corridor is bit narrow & not properly lit. The overall ambience didn't justify the price; probably they are charging that much for the location. Shared parking available at the basement - that's good given the location

Worst service. Rooma are not clean. Especially some rooms are above the A2B kitchen so there are too hot in the rooms so don't recommend this hotel

Easy accessible, but the real issue is even if we book and pay though any booking apps they will charge more. No proper service provided and the rooms were not clean. I have booked for Non-AC room, but they forced me to choose AC stating that the Non-AC rooms were occupied after I have reserved and asked to pay more for AC stating as room upgradation from Non-AC to AC higher than the mentioned amount.

Worst service, No proper water supply We stayed for 4 days since we paid in advance. 1. First the room was not as showed in the picture. 2. Then there was no A/c working and no fridge for which we have paid in advance. 3. Changed the room after complaining,but the new room had no hot water supply. Again Changed the room in next day but in vein. 4.TV was also not working 5. Flush knobs and faucets were also faulty. 4. After multiple complaints and no response from the reception. We checked out from the hotel. Waste of money. Worst service.

Rooms are good. Hospitality is average only. The room alotted initially had severe cigaratte smell. The bedsheets were dirty & changed only on demand. We hadn't received any sanitory items like soap & body wash for the stay of all nights, even after requesting to the management. There was no items like toothpaste, disposible shaver, etc. The lady at the reception during morning time was not at all friendly.

Few room has very bad bed smell even though room freshner they apply. So first priority is to check whether bed smell is there or not. Other than that I feel all good.

They will charge you extra 300-400 rupees even though you paid the full amount offered by oyo. Receptionist won't allow you to check in until you pay extra amount. Moreover, Workers drinks and shouted in the corridor in the night time. No water bottle was offered by them. Wifi connection is good. Room is cleaned and fully furnished.

It was a pleasant experience. The toilet jet spray was broken, and they fixed it immediately at just one call. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are neat except that the towel holders are rusty maybe due to less frequent usage. The a/c works perfectly with very less power outages at night. The hotel is easily accessible and very close to most amenities and the main road.
