I came to know about this place by a friend who recommended it to me. The rooms were very affordable and relatively neat, the facilities offered were also really good... But what I most appreciated was the hospitality of the staff... I had checked out at 11 am and had to wait around till 9 pm as my bus to go back home was around 10 pm. They let me stay in the reception area the whole time and were very kind enough to watch over my luggage if I decided to go out to eat something. I highly recommend coming here for their affordable rooms and their welcoming hospitality.

Olive is a good budget hotel in a great location. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Thank you Prithvi and Niraj for making my stay comfortable.

Very bad experience. Old bedsheets. A/c remotes not working and dropping condensation water in the room. Soap and shampoo dispensers old and in non working condition. Stale and musty tools. Don't even have a decent table. Had to get up in the middle of the night to shift rooms. Then the other rooms A/c wasn't cooling properly. Smelly plates outside the room, coffee machine and tvs don't work. Very bad service. And an unco-operative attitude. Please don't get fooled by the reviews. They appear fake.

I moved to this hotel for a night's stay as the other one was not clean. This hotel however was clean and had all the amenities you could want. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I had a pleasant stay. The value for money was good too. I did have a room right by the main road so if you're a light sleeper then this is not ideal, I did have earplugs so was able to block out the road noise. There are some little shops if you turn right out of the entrance of the hotel. The hotel has a nice reception area to help yourself to drinks. They also provide two small bottles of water in your room. There is a lift that takes you between floors too. All in all a good hotel to stay in on a budget.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, it was a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the air conditioning didn't work and there was a water leak in the room. The cleanliness was appalling: the sheets were so dirty they were black, and the curtains didn't close completely, letting light through the broken windows. When I reported these issues to the reception, they assured me everything would be fixed. However, after waiting two hours, nothing had been done. When I insisted on changing rooms, I was initially told there were none available. After another three hours of waiting, the receptionist finally admitted there were rooms available, but only on another floor. Eventually, they gave me another room, which they could have done from the start. This hotel is a real nightmare, to be avoided at all costs.

A simple request to include my Company GST number and invoice has been taking 2 weeks. 10 days after the stay and numerous slacks in communication with the front office person at the richmond circle , they call up and say that it is not possible.

Please don't be fooled by the photos. The rooms are not maintained well. The corridors stink. Rooms are dirty, bedspread has a lot of stains and it smells so bad. The bed-sheet was torn, on complaining, the receptionist was not at all ready to listen, she didn't let me complete what I was saying. She just sent someone to change the bedspread. There were many other issues which were not addressed. Horrible experience. Poor service, noisy surroundings and unclean rooms. This doesn't deserve a single star also. The five star ratings are fake, most of them are non descriptive.
