Olive Hotel Le Opera by Embassy Group

Nice, cosy place for a weekend stay with family or friends. Situated in Mathikere, in a prime location, the hotel is easily accessible for travellers and boarders from most parts of the city. The rooms, lobby and entrance ways are well equipped, clean and aesthetically appealing The staff members in the reception as well security on guard were quite helpful and warm. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants at a walkable distance from the hotel. Overall a good choice to stay at affordable prices in Bengaluru.

The hotel is so well set, modern and chic. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention. Two small dead cockroaches right at the entrance, stayed so for hours, until I checked out.

My decision to stay at Olive Le Opera by Embassy Group was made in the spur of the moment, and I know it was the best one. All the staff were exceptional, helpful and very courteous and made me feel safe. It was clean and well located and had a luxury feel. At no point did I feel that this venue was not worth it. The amenities, the service, the location, the feel, made it all worthwhile. I truly appreciate the brand and what they stand for. Even the check in was remote and comfortable, without much hassle. It's safe to say for the first time ever, I enjoyed my check in process at a hotel. They were quick to send extra water bottles and tea sachets to my room without any wait time. They are more efficient than most bigger 5-star hotels. There were a few shortcomings - There was no tissue paper in the toilet despite requesting it several times. There could have been an umbrella service provided by the hotel to the guests staying there upon pick up and drop off from the car right in front of the hotel, as it was monsoon season. But keeping these reasons apart, I would stay at Olive Le Opera by Embassy Group again!

Wifi is limited and speed is less... Service is good and for all basic amenities I need to ask them all the time. Overall it's not a bad hotel but they need to improve....

This place is great and convenient to stay in the heart of the city. I would say, parking our car is the only concern as the property doesn't have parking facility except 3 car at a time. Apart that everything else is outstanding. I had the pleasure of being served by Prahlad and Samal during my stay, and I must say, they were exceptional in their hospitality. Their attentiveness to our needs was remarkable, ensuring we had everything required at all times. The cleanliness of the Olive Le Opera hotel was outstanding, a testament to their hard work and dedication. I truly believe they deserve recognition for providing the best housekeeping service I have experienced in Bengaluru. Their commitment to guest satisfaction significantly enhanced our stay, making it memorable and enjoyable. Thank you, Samal and Prahlad!

I have never felt compelled to write a review about a hotel, and I've stayed in thousands, but this is a standout hotel in a sea of quite frankly horrific offerings at this level and price in the major cities in India. The last time I was this impressed by a hotel for going far beyond expectations I was staying in a Hyatt. Whilst it's not quite to Hyatt standard, it is incredibly clean, futuristic (with electronic room cleaning requests, which I like) and extremely spacious, with a comfortable bed and good mood lighting in the room (a complete oversight in India usually). If they keep to the same price point they will have many admirers.
