DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ON THIS STAY! The overall rating you see for this hotel is very misleading, god knows how the hell they managed to pull off a 4+ rating. I strictly advise to never book with them, especially when you are traveling with your family, as this doesn't seem like a place where you'd want your family to even stay for a minute. AC wasn't in a working condition, water clogging issues in the bathroom, cracked and broken windows, no standard hotel amenities. They can't even maintain a bare-minimum benchmark for hotels!

It's a brilliant stay and timely cleaning happens. Very well maintained house and hosts are friendly and accommodating. I would 100% recommend anyone for a stay in this hotel.

Scammers!!! Their rooms are like slums and bathroom is so dirty and stinks so bad. Pictures are very misleading. Did not even check in and immediately moved to another place, they did not even refund a single penny. Staff is too rude and is a thief. Should I say more?! Better to give money to beggars than to book this place.

Such a bad experience from the hotel staff. They came to my room asking regarding a car parked outside the hotel. I have told them that's not my car. Even after telling them, they kept coming to room and knocking the door multiple times and also one very irritating calling bell ( time night 12 o clock ).Then one guy from lobby called me on phone and enquired regarding the parked car and I confirmed it's not mine. Evening after all these one guy came again and started knocking my door at 12 30 am.Then I called the guy and scolded very badly. Instead of coming and knocking the door, they could have called first only and confirmed on phone. instead they kept knocking the door multiple times. It was such an unpleasant and scary experience to go through. It was my mistake to choose this hotel for stay.And they don't know English or kannada. Thanks to the entire management and staff for giving such a scary and unforgettable experience in Bangalore.

It was nice stay. Staff was kind cooperative and helping. For people travelling from north get language problem but here we didn't get communication problem. They also guided for various things.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Loved the location and amenities. Would definitely recommend and return for future stays.
