NPG Hotel bangalore

This was our second stay here and once again, it lived up to our expectations. The hygiene, food, and overall comfort were spot on. The only small suggestion we have is about the mini fridge. The switch is tucked away at the back and was a bit tricky to find and turn it on. Other than that, everything was great!

The room was much smaller than expected, definitely less than 200 sq. ft., and nowhere close to being a premium experience. The entire place was poorly maintained--dust was everywhere, including on the bed and furniture, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The floors were dirty, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning. To make matters worse, there was no designated parking for cars. We had to leave our vehicle outside the hotel, which was both inconvenient and felt unsafe. One of the biggest disappointments was the breakfast--I had specifically booked a room with breakfast included, but when we were ready to eat, it wasn't even prepared by 7 AM. We had to leave without eating, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, the stay was far from satisfactory. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, facilities, and service. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting a decent stay.

Excellent hotel and very supportive staff. Enjoyed my 3 nights stay there. Had a great time here staying. Happen to be assisted by Tahura At the reception very friendly and welcoming. Location is good in context of short distance from Airport. Overall good place

This hotel had a comfy vibe, perfect for chilling out. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Location-wise, it was easy to get around and explore the city. I'd definitely stay here again.

I must say NPG hotel has the best staff who makes sure they provide best service. Their hospitality is excellent, always there to help, everything was good. I would highly recommend if you are with your family and looking for stay near airport. This is best option.

Excellent service - best we have had in a month of travelling India with 4 children. Very fast check in and check out, other places have taken up to an hour! Food delicious and available late. Good location for late or early flights. Plus pool and gym a bonus. Room service very fast. Thank you!

The service was pretty good thanks to them my whole stay was very comfortable and easy. The process is very seamless I wasn't expecting much but the overall experience was very great best hotel to stay will defend recommend to people visiting there

Had a great time here staying for a fine days the service is as good as Radisson blue in terms of client experience. Happen to be assisted by Tahura At the reception very friendly and welcoming. I was well taken care of at the hotel The only con was that the swimming pool could be much better in terms of cleanliness although great location of pool. Nearby outlets are many for food and connectivity to the airport is just 20 mins.
