Nexstay Kites Inn

We have booked the room here for one day stay and we had a terribly bad experience with the room cleanliness and also with staffs. There are lots of cockroaches in the bed and the pillows and bedsheets are not in a proper condition. Not washed properly. And the worst part here is no parking facility in this hotel. We have to pay additionally 300 for car parking which is inside the mall next to the hotel building which is totally unnecessary for the customers. One of the worst experience we ever had. Highly won't recommend this to anyone. Please do kindly take the feedback seriously and do some necessary basic changes and don't disappoint the customers anymore.

Value for money. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. One of the staff is not very friendly and a bit rude and arrogant at times. Everything else is perfect. Easy access to everything.

The overall experience was good. Recommended for couples I stayed for two days and the receptionist was good and kind. Room service needs to get little bit good.

Hotel is located in prime location and look and feel of the hotel is very nice as you see in photos. Value for money for price for approx Rs1800, to have roof over your head for 1 night.. You feel suffocated in rooms and varandah area as enough ventilation is not present, However ventilation will pull in all the banglore dust and smoke from outside. Bathroom is clean but very small. If you are planning to work or attend meetings in hotel not even think about it. Wifi service is very poor and staff have no clue what to do about it. Also mobile network coverage inside room was also very bad for jio and airtel. Cleaning service is very good. But cleaning is once in 2 days. Even we have ask for complimentry water bottle f4om lobby everyday and if we forget to take water bottle for one day from lobby, next day, they charge extra for it. It is not a biggie, but small thing makes big difference. For location and this price i am 3 star.

Pathetic experience. I suggest everyone to not see the review the reason is the staff has changed the present staff and services are pathetic. They charge for even a water bottle which takes 3 hrs to deliver. Kettles are worst not washed properly. No hot water facility. Tv doesn't work properly. Literally it's just a waste of money they provide only bed, ac and fan rest of all the amenities doesn't work and yes wifi the pathetic wifi service since the day I have checked in wifi is not working when we ask them they r saying server issue from the past 3 days server issue?. Consider this as an honest review if you want more about it please reach out to me I'm happy to share my experience about this pathetic place. Totally waste of money guys trust me. You'll regret checking into this hotel i swear.

Towels r not provided..... whenever asked they delay for more 2 hours. Cleanliness is not upto the mark .....Wifi also very slow speed

The service was extremely disappointing. They did not provide any towels or a mat outside the bathroom. Additionally, neither the fan nor the AC was working, and despite multiple requests, no one came to address the issue. The staff were also very rude and unhelpful.
