New Rainbow Business Hotel

I liked the room and we did not have good view . The lift very small and liked the ambience of the room . The lights were cool. there are dustbins . Amazing service, we asked for pillow and it was delivered instantly. And they had a lot of hotels nearby . The lobby was a little dirty but it's ok . The room is little out of trend if you know what I am talking about. I couldn't turn on the tv. For the budget we are spending this place is amazing . we had free WiFi and the WiFi password is on the backside of your key

Stayed here for Two nights.. It's absolutely top-notch experience, The main highlight of the hotel is it's location..a walkable distance to brigade road, mg road and church street.. The service is 10/10 .. The price point is budget-friendly..The room was clean and hygienic, and also the rooms were bit older type and dark but it's adjustable for couple of days.. overall it's an great experience staying in this Hotel....

My review is as follows... This was my second time staying at New Rainbow Business Hotel while on business in Bangalore! I had an absolutely delightful stay at New Rainbow Business Hotel! The customer service was exceptional! The staff were incredibly patient and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met with a smile. The comfort of the hotel was unmatched--from the plush beds to the peaceful ambiance, everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained; making it a truly refreshing stay. Another major perk is its prime location; everything from Commercial Street to the nearby malls and attractions is just a short walk away, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. It was quite a good experience with them. But the timing has to be adjusted as per the needs.

Postive views Firstly service was excellent. Location was great. Staffs were very nice. Negative views As we stayed in your hotel few times and we liked it very much and this hotel has been our first choice hotel but this time we didn't enjoy the excecutive room cuz we didn't feel it ie, curtains were not clean. Sadly tv has no subscriptions and no proper tv connection, we had to call the staff few times was very tiring. No phone in the room to call staff member. These are the basic utilities of a standard room. Hotel itself needs an improvement. Thx

Overall a nice stay. The entrance was a little hard to find, it is next to the imperial restaurant. The room was small but comfortable and they let me change rooms because the first one smelled of cigarette. As a single woman I don't like men (male staff) trying to come in the room even to be helpful when I did not request their help. Meanwhile, they were not always available to help with the bags. I had to pay in cash even though I had a small charge on my card and my card worked at other locations in the city. Good location walking distance from the mall and downtown area.

We stayed at the hotel and everything was perfect. Good price for the location and standard of room. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home. The guys who work here are very nice and friendly and the location is very good, so close to lots of cool restaurants and bars.

I had stayed so many times in this hotel but for first time I felt very disappointed because they asking for extra money. I had a booking though Goibibo it's clearly mentioned standard room with king size bed . But they provide me a twin size bed room . when I asked for another room with king bed they told me you have to have pay extra money. And I paid also it's not about money but please what you have provided about room details to the guest at least mention correctly which is helpful for us. And actually I'm a regular guest in this hotel but from today onwards I will not go for this hotel . You lose your customer .
