I recently stayed at the Liwa transit hotel(Blue). The room were clean but the amenities were lacking. The plug points weren't working, geyser wasn't functional.TV remote& wall clock was out of battery and there was no coffee pot.Repeated requests for maintenance staff were done which was done after two days and I ended up having to take bath with cold water. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.Towels were frayed. The cupboard had lock but no key.Room cleaning was done only after request.Towels taken for wash were replaced only after repeated requests. The food is average. The breakfast is laid out in stages so missed out on having few dishes as had to leave by 8:30.They refused to serve snacks/meals before 7:30PM in the evening. All in all a bitter experience.Would recommend people to look for other hotels nearby for stay in the same price.

They have 2 hotels adjacent to each other - the black and white "Transit" hotel, and the other is mostly in blue colour. I have stayed in both multiple times. In general, the maintenance and service has gone down over time. My feedback is primarily about the hotel rooms and the service. The hotel and the rooms are mostly clean, however you can always find multiple cockroaches in the bathrooms, which has soured our experience. And a few rundown components that could be replaced or repaired - plug points dont work properly, safety latch on the door does not work, etc. The breakfast is okay, but perhaps was better during my previous visits. The blue hotel is relatively cheaper than the "Transit" one, smaller rooms but shares the rest of the common amenities such as the breakfast, parking, etc. I think service is really the problem here - primarily of the room service folks. The attitude of the folks serving you is really bad - it seems they are doing a free service to you when you ask for a towel or a pillow that is missing in the room. We have to explain why we are asking these things. This time, I got a towel that had a big hole in the middle and with loose threads all over the sides. Really, is this the service we can expect for a 3-star hotel that charges a good amount for stay??
Room service is pathetic. No drinking water is available at the hotel. You would have to buy and get your own drinking water. Hotel staff may provide if you request them but that would also be charged. Lighting in rooms is pretty low. TV can't be connected to OTT platforms. Blue oil color is dominant everywhere and smell is overwhelming .
Bijay provided outstanding service during my stay at the hotel. He was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made a real difference. I highly recommend him as a valuable member of the team
Good hotel at a good price. Food is amazing but price is on the higher side. Little inside so u need to travel a bit for going places. Parking is decent. Silent place so it will be peaceful. Good and Quick room service
I recently stayed at Hotel Liwa, and I must say their hospitality is top-notch. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable at every step of our stay. They were always available to assist with a warm smile, making us feel truly at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The attention to detail in the decor added a luxurious feel, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking, adding to the serene and calming ambiance of the entire hotel. Speaking of ambiance, the hotel is beautifully designed with a blend of modernity and traditional elements. Whether you're walking through the lobby or enjoying the outdoor areas, the peaceful atmosphere is undeniable. As for the food, it was simply amazing! The restaurant offered a diverse menu with both local and international dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. Every meal was a delight, and the service in the dining area was impeccable. I highly recommend Hotel Liwa for anyone looking for a memorable stay filled with comfort, excellent service, and great food! This review highlights the key aspects of the hotel--hospitality, rooms, ambiance, and food--while maintaining a positive and comprehensive tone.
Very careful while booking online. They have 2 Hotels side by side - White color & Blue color hotel. Blue colour hotel is just like OYO, small rooms and not spacious. Online they have uploaded Only White hotel's colour and show the price as 2K, but when you arrive there they check you in Blue colour hotel. Careful with this hotel.
Liwa is next to the biggest Mall of Asia and is walkabale distance, Mall is called as "Mall of Asia" Bengaluru. The place is really peaceful with no disturbance and yet perfectly located for all eatery joints like Truffles, Fishermans Warf and many more.
