Lazdana Hotel Bangalore

The rooms were immaculate and the service was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was also remarkable, offering a wide variety of delectable dishes. The only drawback to the restaurant is its location. Despite being situated in a prime area, the hotel's parking situation is problematic. There is no designated parking space for such a large establishment, necessitating the use of street parking, which is a significant inconvenience.

Legitimately one of the best place to stay. I went from Gurgaon and on boarding was as smooth as possible. Very cooperative staffs and excellent food. Also, very pocket friendly if you compare the quality and location. Very relaxing pool and good room service. Special thanks to the receptionist named "Honey" . The guy is very helpful and understanding. He helped from day 1 till the day of check out. I stayed for 8 days and on few days I had faced few bottlenecks but guy literally stepped out of his way and helped me. Overall, definitely a great place to stay!!

We recently hosted our family function at Lazdana Hotel, and the experience was exceptional. The banquet hall was well-arranged, the ambiance was warm, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The food was delicious and well-presented, receiving great compliments from our guests. The overall service exceeded our expectations, making our event truly memorable. This was my second stay here. I already wrote a nice review but the recents events have made me change my opinion of Lazdana hotel We were supposed to arrive at 3 am due to our flights and the hotel was notified in advance. The receptionist was asleep and he could not locate our booking and said the booking was not made by us properly. Luckily we were carrying a printout which showed an email confirmation FROM THE HOTEL STAFF of the dates and then they gave us a 2bhk suite to close the topic. Then at 9 am the room we had originally requested was available so idk why we could not get the room earlier. We had to unpack n pack n unpack multiple times. The room we got later had a washroom with a weird unbearable smell all the time and the housekeeping boys had to spray room freshener every time. Hot water took ages to come n we had to shower with cold water almost everytime even after notifying the reception. Then during checkout they charged our room incorrectly for the room food service. My partner paid for it since we were in a hurry but when I checked the bill, I noticed the error and asked the receptionist to get this fixed. This happened on 28th March 2025 and after numerous follow ups, the only answer I get is "I will call you back mam" and they never call back. I am writing the review on 6/5 and yet noone has called me back or answered when could I expect my refund. All i get from them is "i will check maam" i haven't received my money yet. It's not about the amount but the professionalism which is indeed lacking at Lazdana. Last time the AC broke n threw ice chunks at us on the bed and the repair guy made the whole room dirty, soiling my clothes n other items. We had paid for the room n yet were asked to sit in the lobby for hours until it was resolved and naturally we refused. They then provided us a bigger room n then demanded we pay extra money when they could not even provide a clean AC and room that we PAID FOR. They never asked us to pay extra but instead picked a fight with the person who had made the booking on our behalf. We didn't know they did this n returned here within 6 months thinking the hotel n staff are nice people but the service is sub par. Having 4 star in the name doesn't guarantee that you would get the same service. The service here is like a regular motel. Save your money, time and book elsewhere. I sure am not returning here. Rooms look luxurious but aren't comfortable The daily breakfast is not bad compared to other rated hotels Location is the worst, no car parking in the most crowded place as Swiggy Instamart is opposite to this

The service is absolutely unacceptable. Despite repeatedly requesting hot water for the washroom, none was provided, and the staff didn't seem to care at all. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Additionally, the food quality at the restaurant is extremely poor--completely disappointing. I can't understand what kind of chef they have employed, but the dishes were a waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Stayed there in 1BHK for 3 day. It was relaxing, enjoyed the big space in the room. Location is great, even though last 10m approach Road is a bit narrow. Relaxing and working near swimming pool was great. Liked the breakfast, I was better than my expectations. Two places where they can improve is, gym and late and morning tea / coffee in the room.

Great hotel Service,staff,breakfast buffet everything so good Mr arjun helped us a lot from booking till check out. Thank you so much each and every staff who made our stay a pleasant one.
