Lake Pool Resort

Worst experience They promise everything while booking, after reaching there is nothing good and no one helps. Even resort name is different it's Lago Palms. Food is very bad, no water provided in rooms for drinking, no hot water, no towels, no power for almost 2 hours, lots of mosquitoes. Very less activities in that too all materials are damaged and worn out. For even getting small spoon we've to ask multiple people multiple times. For activities there is no safety. Never book this place, not at all worth the price.

A fake name for the resort was provided; there is no "Lake View Resort." Upon arrival at the given location, you will find a resort named Lago Palms instead. The property is poorly maintained, with the swimming pool being the only exception. Everything else is in a state of neglect. The zip line activity also lacks basic safety measures.The chair shown on picture is the one used during the landing post zip line activity and only one person is there to hold in case of emergency-he needs to use one hand to pull the rope and another to catch the chair.No helmet provided even when asked. There is no power backup, and the rooms are infested with mosquitoes. Additionally, no warm water for shower or drinking water available in rooms. There is no designated point of contact, as staff members keep passing requests from one person to another. When a complaint is raised, guests are directed to speak only with the marketing team. Jyothi from the marketing team is responsive during the booking process but switches off her phone when complaints arise. Instead of resolving issues, they start naming various people involved like Ravi ,Ashok exposing the scam. After raising multiple concerns Vajra kumar Jain and Aleem informed they would resolve as per our request and provide some refund as we exited from property early due to the service provided during activity. They had asked for two days to resolve this and after two days they stopped receiving calls.

Terrible Experience - Unsafe and Unprofessional! We were a group of 30 people, and our experience at this resort was nothing short of a nightmare. When we arrived, no one came to assist us, and we had to reach out to the marketing team ourselves. We waited over an hour just to get breakfast. Once we finally ate, we tried some activities, but they were in terrible condition. The archery equipment was broken, and the zipline was in such bad shape that it felt unsafe. To make matters worse, at 12 pm, the police arrived and searched our bags until 5 pm. The management didn't explain anything to us. It was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. The swimming pool was filthy, and there was zero safety for women. Disturbingly, someone was caught filming in the women's washroom. When we reported this to management, they showed no concern and refused to address the situation. The staff was rude, and the entire experience was terrible. If you care about your family's safety and having a good time, do not go to this resort. It was the worst experience we've ever had. Please don't visit anymore their all five star reviews are fake

The place is not that great it is not hygienic as well and not much of activities is given in the package mentioned and the food is not great at all definitely not suggestible no proper guide too

One of the worst experience I have ever had was with this resort. They charged me Rs2600 per head for the stay which was not worth at all. 1. Resort was not maintained well 2. No proper lightings at night 3. Full of Mosquito 4. Service was so disgusting 5. Food was good 6. But waited for hours together for food 7. Rooms were too good 8. Kids play area was promised but there was no sign of it 9. Swimming pool was good 10. No toiletries were provided 11. Promisedbfood menu will not be given. 10. We need to ask and request for everything which was really bad 11. Overall worst experience. I request the Managers and Staff to work towards it and atleast provide good service in future

Best resort with good amenities, good food with good AC rooms. Everything arranged in nice location.

Pathetic service. Low maintenance, no hygiene. The staff is non corporative. Food is not great and the staff is least bothered to guide you through. I don't understand why they have the package service of they can't give proper service to clients. Worst attitude . Gobi Manchurian was like stones. Rooms are not clean. Bathroom is pathetic for 2500/ this is the worst experience ever.
