Worst People, They dnt even know how to talk to their customers , If you are ready 1 litre water bottle for 2-3 adults per day then come here, Poor internet, Bathrooms are worst, poor water facility., poor staff

Only the location is prime but the hotel is not maintained. Can do better if the owner invests or renovates the property.

I had booked a room for my aunt and cousin and I went to meet them in the room but the staff rudely said that visitors are not allowed and after literally requesting him multiple times he agreed to let me go in the room for an hour. Even though hotels are supposed to be home afar but really felt like not welcomed at all. Think twice before booking or going out there.

I stayed in this hotel the room was nice and clean however the services are pathetic. No tissues no proper bathroom amenities. Staff is rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. My next stay in bangalore i will never stay at this hotel neither i would recommend anyone.

Location is prime, which was a major factor for consideration. < 5 min walk to metro, shopping area, auto stands, hotels etc. Service is pretty ordinary, there were hiccups at the property after online booking due to overbooked rooms. Rooms were quite clean, a decent one. It has a decent sound/light isolation from the surroundings. Little bit pricey in my opinion considering the space and access to the property, but location wise it is a top one.

I am here to share my worst experience with hotel and its owner. They denied our pre booked entry saying we reached next day morning (eventhough we had the time till 12 pm on the same day to stay there and they had not made any call reg this on the bookin day). Owner behaved rudely and harshly stating we need to book again and pay another 1800/- to stay there. We lost our money. They behaved rudely. And more importantly it is not even safe to stay esp for woman. So beware of these kind of hotel scams and if you STILL WANT TO BOOK IN, GO IN PERSON AND PAY THE MONEY. Never use apps like goibibo for this hotel book in. Owner, he simply spoiled our day in Bangalore.
