Very bad hotel the person sitting cap men on reception not talking with customers properly insulting ladies and girls they kept all bengali boys who is making completed noise in all floors rude behaviour not listening to people very very bad hotel to stay

Worst room i have ever stayed, room has foul smell and bedsheets are dirty. Bathroom taps are broken and room service is not accepting go change the room. No option to give zero star. Please dont stay in this place.

1. Bed sheets / pillows/ blankets were not clean as they majorly have oyo customers 2 . Never order food from their menu 3. Rooms are big and well ventilated 4. Staffs are nice

I visited last month on this hotel. Hotel staff and services very good. Room neat & clean. Staff very punctual. And also ambience well. And all things are available nearby hotel...

one of the worst experience with this Kings Palace Manyata- Not at all recommended because of staff behavior. Had one of the worst experience in my life.|1. The reception staff is very very arrogant and careless.|2. our room was near the reception area 2nd floor and its always disturbance bcz of reception staff only.|3. Staff are terrible. reception guys were worst and indifferent. cant even call them staff or employee. bcz they are very Unprofessional. The hotel need to change their front desk staff.|4. AIRBNB Host Mr. Kartick he is not responding when we complain him about staff behavior. he is very careless.|5. reception staff refuse to give bill bcz their printer not working.|6. staff are not train properly. specially reception staff. (staff need proper training)|how to speak and behave with the guest.|7. without any reason they are making scene with the guest.|8. front desk person is asking for 400/- rs. extra at the check out time because we use their 1 plastic spoon and 1 plastic plate.|9. Poor housekeeping service. dustbin not clean, Towel, bedsheet and blanket is very smelly and dirty. They don't change bedsheets. same bedsheet and towel they are using for 2nd day. (The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness)|10. No proper parking space is available and The food taste is just hopeless.|:------Hotel Need to change their reception staff.

Recently, my family and I stayed there for three days, but the experience was disappointing. The hotel lacked adequate parking and was situated in a neighborhood dominated by locals. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and other odors, and many had issues like non-functional bathroom taps and faulty air conditioning. To add to the discomfort, there was no water early in the morning. Overall, it was a rather tragic experience for us.

Nice hotel,,,and staff was very good,,,rooms was also very clean,,overall it was great experience with kings palace manayta....
