I had a pleasant stay in this room. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, toiletries, and good lighting. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. Not worth of the money they charge! Rooms are just okay but not clean!! Their bed, towels are not clean too!! Staff are very very helpful. Good breakfast. Mornings are very difficult as windows doesn't have blackouts!!

Staff was very kind and hospitable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Good management system. Highly recommended for kids and family to come and spend time close to the airport traveling from US California...........

We were a fam of 3. Booked the top floor. Comfy. Young polite and energetic staff providing friendly service with a smile. If you come with an open non-preconditional mind you'll enjoy the rustic hospitality by the staff.

It was a splendid experience....toilets were clean....and well maintained room... service providers hospitality was excellent..

Stayed here for 5 hours during a layover at blr Airport. The reception staff was away on Diwali vacation, so the cleaning staff managed our check-in and insisted I pay the full amount at checkin itself. Hotel food price seem slightly high. Ordered food from nearby Itihaas restaurant which was good. Rooms are average and okay for a short stay. I didn't dare use the towels. Location is somewhat interior and the mud road to hotel had building material blocking part of the way. Met the owner at check-out, and he was very pleasant. Didn't charge us for the coffee we ordered to the room and even offered again. Arranged a taxi, which was as good as uber rates with less hassle.

Awful! The rooms are like made of cardboards and non soundproof! We wanted to relax ahead of a 12 hr flight but didn't get sleep cause they seem to be preparing breakfast at 2 in the morning! Dragging furniture clunking cutlery! Also, it's deserted and the environs didn't feel safe. Room was decent. People seemed pissed when we were asking for help. A/c wasn't working when we got in and also had to request extra towels and a kettle. You really do get what you pay for. there are other seemingly better hotels in the area. Would highly not recommend this hotel.
