The location is perfect, no noise from the busy main road, but close enough to get there in a minute. Service staff were excellent, from reaching the property to post check-out. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Was upgraded to a studio room, was nice of the staff. The property is a little old, but rooms are very good. Didn't like the bathroom at all, it was a bit outdated, not maintained, creaky, and doesn't go with the theme of the hotel at all, but rooms are nice and rustic. Room service was good, very nice food. Would definitely choose this place again for a stay in Indiranagar.

Good rooms, and good food. Hospitality is very nice. Transportation and other facilities are available near by also. In the hotel service is very good. When we required the service they supported in time. As per our request what we have requested that they provided.

Had a great stay in Justa Indranagar. Rooms are very spacious as seen in the website and very near to Indranagar 100ft road and have good eateries at walking distance. Breakfast is OK with limited options they can improve on this.

I had stayed here for 2nights and the entire stay was comfortable and made me feel like home especially thankful to Ramya who made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend their hotel||Suggestion rooms are old lift made me scary so these need a swift recovery

My friends stayed here for a couple of days and absolutely loved the accommodation and the staff service.. Will recommend to everyone looking for a spacious studio apartment in Indiranagar.||The staff is very accommodating and will do their best to comply with your requests.

The only and only good thing about this hotel is the location, the moment you step down in under 2 minutes you hit the 12th Main Indiranagar Road.. Rest Everything - Every single thing is extremely horrible - Their so to say suite room is stinky as hell, The lights in the room are Dingy & give super cheap experience - The Split AC just doesn't work - looks like they have installed second hand units - it doesn't stop here the AC has water dropping issue.. basic amenities like bath towel & hand towel weren't kept in the room.. WiFi is a joke at this property .. and last but not the least Breakfast is also extremely poor.. AVOID booking this property even if this is your last option..

It's overall a good place to stay , cheap rates and friendly staff , with overall good food. It's away from crowded areas so you get your peace and as it's in Indiranagar so you are near to Manyata tech park and other facilities in vicinity.

Just okay stay at Justa, Indiranagar - Great Location, Lacks Polish This hotel had the potential to be a good stay, but it fell short of expectations. While the location is fantastic - quiet just behind the main road with easy access to cabs and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby - the overall experience felt closer to a 3-star hotel than the advertised 4-star rating. The rooms themselves are spacious and a good size for the price. However, a refresh is sorely needed. The furniture and decor felt dated, and the bathroom, while clean, had a slightly shabby feel. Unfortunately, the room window lock was broken, and it took three requests to room service before they were able to provide a temporary fix. Room service itself was otherwise good, but the air conditioning was another point of disappointment. Even with the thermostat set to a chilly 16 degrees, the airflow was minimal, making the room uncomfortably warm at times. The complimentary breakfast was another area lacking. Options were very limited, and service was slow. It felt like you had to specifically request items to be brought out, rather than having a buffet or readily available selections. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for budget-minded travelers who prioritize location and convenience over luxurious amenities. However, those expecting a true 4-star experience may be disappointed.
