ITC Windsor, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bengaluru

This was our first visit to India and we didn't know what to expect. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. The helpfulness and courtesy shown by everyone was wonderful. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The public areas were elegant and beautifully furnished. We ate at all four restaurants in the hotel and each served delicious food, with staff on hand to help with the menu if we were unsure of things. Great choice at breakfast too. The pool was a lovely respite from the heat. All in all, a top class hotel!

I stayed at ITC Windsor, Bengaluru from the 13th to the 19th of April for a business tour. As always, the experience was excellent, starting from the warm reception at check-in.||||The restaurant services were consistently impressive. The staff were courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to provide the best service. This level of hospitality has remained unchanged since my very first stay here years ago.||||I prioritize fitness while traveling, and I frequently used the gym during my stay. The gym staff were friendly and helpful, and I would like to specifically mention Mr. Thousif, the gym instructor. His guidance was immensely helpful in correcting and improving my workout routines. Thank you, Mr. Thousif, for your professional support.||||I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Bengaluru.

ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer. The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests. The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests. I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful--authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it. Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan. Bengaluru

Exceeded expectations on my stay with ITC Windsor For our daughter's birthday we planned for 3 rooms for our family and had memorable stay. Windsor has a pristine touch in the entire room with British like king treatment. The Manor suite room is a must experience where it had amazing living room with British themed couch and sofas. Our kids had a wow moment they entered the first time. The garden is peaceful and a perfect family space for conversation. Kids enjoyed in the swimming pool. The luxury hours cabinet lounge is crowded and service is slower. So b there at 6pm to skip the crowd and enjoy the lounging. Joseph from hospitality team took care of our bedding and comfort. Receptionist Yashika took good care of check in. And Reshmi gave quick tour of the rooms. Veena in reception patiently activated my ITC vouchers during checkout. Last thing..do not miss cold coffee in Raj Pavilion in breakfast !!

One of the most iconic places and a heritage hotel in Bengaluru. The interiors are very well thought off. The service is simple awesome, the room was small but setup beautifully. The swimming pool is big but not deep. Maximum is 5ft deep. Safe for kids with adult supervision, life guard is also available.

We had an amazing family experience and stay at ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. The highlight of the stay was our dinner at the Royal Afghan, which has an amazing north-western cuisine. We have previously been to the Bukhara at ITC Maurya in New Delhi and I would say that the food here is at the same level, with the dal makhani being as amazing as always. The staff is courteous and the ambiance is great. I would definitely visit here again. Thank you, ITC and the Royal Afghan team.
