I visited the hotel with my brother and my pet. Even though they charged extra for my dog but they didn't provide anything for my puppy. Rooms are very small. Bathroom looks like i'm inside a train bathroom.

This this worst condition in hotel also room service is very poor many time hi take a time to given the towels for us and food is very expensive 1 egg omlet cost is 150 rs it is not worth also we are enter in room with bas smell Very bad hotel there is no any service. all the negative comments are true here...i will never book again ....

Booked room through Agoda. Started during 14-15 th December 2024. Extremely poor customer service. No toiletry kit provided. Has to ask for even additional towels. No arrangement for tea coffee in room Indore of providing electric kettle, has to even ask for glass. Indoor of complaining with front desk and their GM, no solution. Totally disappointed with stay and poor service both from hotel management as well as Agoda officials.

Close to shopping centers in Bengaluru with helpful receptionists, if a mini fridge was in the room , everything would have been perfect, overall good hotel for the price given , highly recommend

I stayed here on 19 th Nov 2024. This is the worst experience ill ever have for a stay in my life. I was with a room. After an hour of checkin i saw a rat hovering over the false ceiling of the room. We were petrified of seeing it and immediately we rushed out and reached out to reception. The reason provided for it was, due to the restaurant nearby. We were provided with a next room and we shifted. After couple of hours when we came back to sleep we saw too many cockroaches running over the bed. Disgusting feeling seeing how poor the rooms are maintained. Again upon blasting the reception we were provided another room. This room was ok. But the AC was tripping and beeping every 5 minutes and had to switch it off and sleep with fan. Never seen such poor maintenance of a stay. I had booked the room seeing the reviews but it's different from what it is.

Okay, budget hotel. Beds were comfortable enough, no sound was heard from the busy street, & breakfast was free though only 1 tea was allowed per person. Truly, a no-frills hotel. Our room had a few stray roaches at first, but we kept the light on in the bathroom and that helped. A/C was also very noisy, but the Bangalore weather was cool enough that it wasn't needed.

Horrible hotel. Bathroom infested with cockroaches, light switches do not work, housekeeping do not even use phenyl.

If you are ok to compromise on cleanliness for a good location then you can opt this stay. Cockroaches everywhere in the room
