Innistique by Inventrees

Stayed at Innistique recently during a corporate trip, and honestly, I didn't expect it to be this good. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel super welcome--really polite and warm people all around.||The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, with this nice, clear decor that made it feel both modern and cozy. It's those small details that make a difference, you know?||Special shoutout to Pritha and Tiyasa from room service--these two were just amazing. Always around when I needed something, super helpful without ever being overbearing. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.||Also, the food? Props to the chef! Achinta is a really chef and we become friends during my stay, Every meal I had was on point--tasty, fresh, and not overly fancy, which I liked. Also shoutout to Athar from food Service really cool guy.||The front desk folks were friendly too Specially Ngullie, Rosyln and Senla, always ready to help out or just chat for a bit, which made the place feel more personal.||Overall, Innistique turned what could've been a routine business trip into a pretty great experience. Would definitely stay again--and recommend it if you're in town for work or just need a solid place to unwind.

This is my second time stay here. First I stayed when it was newly constructed, I might have provided my feedback on the app from where I booked. It was genuinely good back then. Hence, planned to stay here again. Definitely staff seems to be new now. But rather than improving with time they have gone a level down. Infrastructure is good, but the cleanliness was worst. It was all dusty and had to ask for everything from toiletries to drinking water, nothing was arranged. Even when we requested, the guy said, staff is not available, we said we will come and get it then they took the charge and served the request. Bed had a stain, clearly it was not washed, sofa had dust. First time breakfast was so nice and varieties were there, this time no much options. Nobody to pick and drop the luggage. Point is initially they did set the bar, so expectation was to be either have same experience or better than that. But this was disappointing.

The room was good. Amenities provided was good. Complementary breakfast was great and both chef and waiter were kind. Receptionist answers the queries kindly and clearly. Overall great experience. All the staffs were done their service well.

Great location, beautiful and well equipped and spacious rooms to accommodate your family. They have an in-house kitchen with lip-smacking delicacies. The staff is very well behaved and helpful. They would walk an extra mile to ensure your pleasant stay. I will highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable home like stay. The housekeeping staffs Pritha and Tiyasa made sure my room was clean and comfortable. Got great food by chef Achinta. F&B service by Banshi was also good. I had a 15 days stay and it felt like home. The staffs here are very friendly.

I recommend anyone who planning for relocation to Bangalore for first time. Your response is useless. We've already paid for the bedsheet stain, yet you refuse to admit your staff's disgraceful behavior. Instead of taking responsibility, you gaslight and blame your paying guests. This is completely unacceptable. Terrible Hotel - Don't Fall for the Fake Reviews This place is a complete scam. Most of the positive reviews are clearly fake or paid. The food is below average with a tiny, boring menu. The receptionist and several staff members were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. Housekeeping stops completely after 4 PM - absolutely ridiculous. For the amount they charge, the service is a joke. Total waste of money. Avoid this hotel unless you want to ruin your trip.

I would rate this hotel as 10 stars as 5 stars do-not justify how good experience we had while our 2 days stay here. Rooms are beautiful, gives a luxury feeling at such an affordable price. For me Innistique is for sure one of the best hotels we stayed in last few years!
