The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Check in process was fast. Staff was friendly and warm on welcome. Room was clean and tidy especially bathrooms. Air conditioning was fine and no odd odours typical of closed hotel rooms was there. Morning breakfast was sumptuous but can improve it further in taste and texture (crispier dosa, tastier sambhar etc). Access to lifts was secure. Speed of internet wifi can be improved. Overall good value for money for a business trip.

Stayed at Hyatt Centric MG Road and had a great experience. The location is super convenient, and the staff were really helpful. I needed some printouts late at night and they sorted it out without a fuss. They also helped with my luggage and were quick to assist with anything I needed. Really solid service all around.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric recently and while the service and hospitality were commendable, I found the room design--especially the washroom--quite disappointing. The shower area is not properly enclosed, which causes water to spill out, making the entire floor wet and slippery. The space is also very compact, which increases the risk of slipping. I believe some design improvements could significantly enhance guest safety and comfort.
