I recently had the pleasant stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Bengaluru Hebbal, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and the excellent air conditioning, perfect for the warm Bengaluru climate. The on-site restaurant served a delicious variety of dishes, with both local and international options, and the food quality was top-notch. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a great selection to start the day. I also took advantage of the hotel's fitness center, which was well-equipped and clean. The location in Hebbal is convenient, with easy access to both the airport and the city center, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru. The combination of great service, and prime location made it an unforgettable experience.

Midway between KEA airport and main city. We got decent deal on 2 nights including breakfast for Rs. 4900/- per night.|Covered parking and basement access to our floor directly. So, returning to room late night was not an issue.|Room was on top floor...pool facing. Wife had SPA session for 1 hour at 25% discount. Used the swimming pool, gym.|Cafeteria and Bar are nice. Huge hall for conference.|Good work by Vani, Jawna at Nest restaurant. Rimi at SPA was considered ok by my wife.

Food at nest restaurant is damn delicious also at buffet they ll customize dishes as per your request. If you are staying at Howard Johnson then you should not miss their dinner buffet. Thanks to subrata for his assistance and support. It was a great experience

An Amazing Stay with Outstanding Service! I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and meticulously cared for, striking the ideal balance between comfort and style. The staff was incredibly polite and always eager to help, greeting you with a smile. I'd like to give special credit to the manager, Manu, who went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and left a lasting impression. His attention to detail and friendly hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

1-Star Review I had the worst experience at this so-called 4-star hotel, and my entire birthday was ruined because of their mismanagement and negligence. 1 Check-in Nightmare: No one accompanied us to our room; we had to search for it ourselves. No hospitality, no guidance--just a terrible first impression. 2 No Hot Water & Hours Wasted: After realizing there was no hot water, we reported it. They wasted 2 hours checking the issue and never updated us. Only after calling them again did they offer a room change. 3 Multiple Room Changes, Still No Basic Hygiene: The next room had an unclean toilet, so we requested another. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept asking us to check room after room ourselves until we found one that was "acceptable." By the time we got a "decent" room, 3 hours were already wasted. 4 Muddy Water in Taps (Video Proof Available!): After all the hassle, when we turned on the tap, muddy, dirty water came out. I showed the proof to the hotel staff, and instead of taking quick action, they made us talk to the maintenance team--which was completely unprofessional. 5 Delayed Upgrade & No Bathtub as Promised: They finally agreed to "upgrade" us to a premium room at 9:30 PM (yes, that late!), and by 10:30 PM, we got the room. However, I had paid extra for a suite with a bathtub, and the room they provided didn't have one. We had to fight again to get the correct room. 6 No Food & More Waiting: By 11 PM, we went to the hotel restaurant to finally eat, only to be told it was closed and they could only provide sandwiches. It was raining in Bangalore, and no food delivery services were available. We had to wait until 1 AM for food delivery from an app. Even then, when we asked for spoons and plates, they took 30 minutes to provide them. 7 Still No Hot Water in the Final Room: Despite all these back-and-forth room changes, the last room they gave us still had no hot water! We were exhausted and didn't want to fight anymore, so we just left it. Conclusion: This hotel ruined my birthday with its poor service, lack of responsibility, and constant mismanagement. Instead of making things right, they kept wasting our time. I expected a 4-star experience but got a 0-star service. I have video proof of the muddy water and will be escalating this further. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

It was fantastic stay and well managed.|The breakfast is cool. You get almost all cuisine. The staff was great and was able to answer all the queries. It was indeed a great experience and got the same chills as Ramada Hotels by Wyndham in South Korea
