I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. I booked through Treebo and opted for a late check-in, but it seems that Treebo failed to inform the hotel about this arrangement. After some initial difficulties at the check-in counter, I was eventually given a room. However, the staff member at the counter was highly unprofessional. When I presented my Masked Aadhaar card as identification, in accordance with government guidelines to prevent misuse of personal information, the staff member refused to accept it. Despite the clear guidelines outlined here Government Guidelines on Aadhaar (Refer - https://shorturl.at/CzFRL), he insisted on a full Aadhaar card, claiming that he had been running the hotel for years and would only accept that. Fortunately, I had another ID with me, but it took a considerable amount of time and effort to convince him to accept it for check-in. Moreover, despite the checkout time being clearly stated as 11:00 AM, I was repeatedly pressured to vacate the room starting at 9:00 AM. The staff even resorted to using inappropriate language when I reminded them of the checkout time. Overall, my experience was terrible. I strongly advise against booking this hotel unless you're prepared to endure mistreatment and unprofessional behaviour from the staff.

poor experience . place has curfews in place, worse than college hostels. rooms have cockroaches as interior decoration. wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies.

Hotel fortune key is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

how could someone be so irresponsible and not hold themselves accountable? literally dont promote your hotels on apps if you cant afford it???

The hotel is located in a prime area and very accessible to the local market. Rooms could have been better, but I guess for the cost (which includes breakfast) I am OK with the rooms too. Service was good. Will go back to this place again when I visit bangalore.

Arrived late at night by booking through Treebo directly. I think Kiran who opened the door was in such a frustration and we saw the same for every misses in their room. Property is neat and good. Maintenance is not that great. Telephone was not working, Water tap didnot work, etc, etc. He din picked up the phone. Breakfast chutney was so spicy (not worth it). Finally, someone mature enough to listen, understand and serve would be an ideal choice for room services. It was timely though. Thought of vacating on the next day, but the way he reminded made me to vacate the same day, almost immediately. Remembering the services of Guru comforts!!

Over all the hotel stay was excellent... Complimentary breakfast done to the room It was good. The staff is friendly and very good maintenance in cleaning.. I was stay with my family........|| Thank you for your well service and keep it going on.. that's it..

Service is horrible. You have to BEG them everyday to provide dental kit, Towel, shaving kit.Guy who is managing & boys have lot of attitude. Pathetic breakfast is served. They buy from a BANDI & provide you breakfast.Bed sheets were untidy and torn. Bed was very hard to sleep. Would not recommend at all provided there is emergency & no option.
