Hotel Vista

Hotel Vista has no hospitality , no professional services and absent of cleanliness , its hotel which can not be even graded " c" class . Room was given to us after 6 pm and told us it's 24 hours check out . However on check out they charged us for 2 days room tariff when we stayed les than 24 hours . Room was with breakfast and never served same with fake promises . We even came to know that they don't have any Restarant , Tea / coffee or any services in premises . Rooms ceilings are broken , toilets are worst than public toilets , windows don't get closed proper , curtains are not 100% for privacy when every one from road can peep in rooms , don't even expect any tea kettle or white towels . Over all the tendency was only to loot guests and make money as it is near to Air Force station . Such hotels should be banned by Karnataka Tourism Board .

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, and let's just say it was an adventure! The rooms were decent, but the facilities? Not so much. Think of it like a game of hotel bingo: Will the toilet water work today?" 'Will I get scalded in the shower?' 'Will the TV actually turn on?' And the grand prize? A power outage! But hey, the staff were super friendly... they just didn't quite deliver on the whole 'service" thing. It was like they were saying, 'Hey, we're happy to see you! But don't expect much else.

Had a comfortable stay, had come here for admission to Reva University. The hotel is also very close to Kempegowda International Airport, it's just 25 minutes from Airport. Would definitely recommend it.
