Hotel Paramos Inn

I didn't expect this because they have amazing rooms with big windows and views and good service. I'll tell you, I never expected the food will be that good. OMG, I loved their chicken tikka pulao. It was damn good!

Last-minute booking was done, and the hotel provided the worst room. The AC performance was very poor, and the room temperature remained high, disturbed further by mosquitoes. The mattress and pillows had a bad smell. I raised a complaint three times during the night. but there was no response from the hotel after 11:30 pm. The breakfast had only a limited selection of items. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I reported all these issues to Mr. Leon, the manager, this morning. Thanks

I am really felt comfort to stay in this hotel and the rooms are really good maintaining clean I am really what to stay

It was not a good experienced with this hotel, I drove almost 14 hours, and when I reached this hotel with my family, first they didn't have a parking place and when I enquired regarding the same the Manager over there said that I have to park on the main road at my own risk, if something happened to my car he is not responsible for that. he clearly said that. when I asked him to cancelled the room, he said I will not get any refund at last I parked my car at some paid parking place. The next day I have to continue due to some urgent work I told him that I'm going to continue in the same room, however he allocated us some other room which is very small there is no place for an extra bed. we paid extra money for the same room. There were no varieties for breakfast, they also charged for omelette that I took for my kid. The room was not very clean. The curtains and washroom were very dirty. we were not at all satisfied with the hotel and the manager. He was very rude.

Worst ever experience I felt from these people in my life where there stupidly charging 500 for visitors just for less than 30 min

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Paramos Inn. Very co-operative staff. Manager Mr. Leon is a gentleman. Breakfast was decent. On a lighter note, wish they had a slightly bigger flush button in the washroom

Good rooms neat & clean

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly Hotel manager.Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Such well groomed and decent staffs. Be it housekeeping or restaurant Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The food was incredibly good. Thank you again Hotel paramos for going just that little step extra for the guests!!
