Hotel O Vasudha inn, Hoskote

I had a terrible experience with the hotel management. Despite booking in advance, they informed me that the hotel was fully booked, offering either a relocation to a different location or a refund. However, the nearby hotels were also fully booked, and the relocation options were to places that were quite far away. To make matters worse, canceling the booking would incur additional charges.

They don't care for customer, once they get money it's over, Reception staff too rude in behaviour. All facility very poor, they put used bedsheets with out wash, in double bed room they provide you one small ordinary blanket, no towels will be provided and when asked they don't care. At night lift facility is not available. Overall very poor. When told will write review, they said go and write what ever u want as if they don't care at all. Not wurth to even give 0 stars

Biggest Scam. Even if you book for whole day, they will kick you out at midnight if someone gives more money for the room. Don't ever book this hotel. Even after successful booking confirmation, there is no guarantee that they will provide the room. You will be left in thin air on the road. They give preference to locals. Staff is even worse. Rooms are also not that great.

They take pre payment, then they will not answer your call anymore

Worst staff, no respect to customers. This worker called Pallas has no respect whatsoever. Please don't book any rooms here you will hate the experience.

Very bad experience for me I suggest you everyone please don't visit this hotel staff behavior is too much bad taking badly showing attitude for client side if you need sufficient rooms go visit another room

Staff is there but not useful, lift is there but not working, AC is there but not working The staff is the worst but the owner is a step ahead of them he ignores the facts and supports the incompetence of the staff
