Hotel O New Shelton Suites

Owner demands 2k extra than the booking.com price which is booked. If booking via booking.com app the contact details of this property would be wrongly present. If we complaint to apps support via phone and if app support team is calling to property owner to verify the issue, property owner won't answer the call. At last we had to pay and stay because of less options. In ground floor room i observed bathroom door is also in broken condition, owner says adjust with it, than fixing or changing room.

Bad experience on hotel please never take this hotel , it's complete scam of money, when you book on app and visit for check in they ask for extra money , i say again don't book this hotel

When we got to the hotel they charged us more than what was said in the booking and kept the change which they said we would get back. The room was dirty, the walls and the sheets all had many stains. There was no toilet paper or any towels or toiletries in the room which were supposed to be included. We asked them to change the sheets which they did, but they also had stains and holes. We decided to find another hotel and asked to get some refund which they refused. We asked for at least the change back but they didn't have any change to give us. Overall a really bad experience, especially after traveling for 24h.

Despite email confirmation of part payment to Oyo, hotel owner took extra money from us. As we were checking at 1 AM at night, I have to give him extra money as Oyo customer care people were not able to be contacted by me . Rooms are different from images shown. Cockroaches were roaming around in room.

Pathetic hotel, never book this hotel online. They never honor their booking & demand increased prices on checkin. They just want to embezzle money from clients as I was checking late they demanded more money as I couldn't get another booking easily. Tried booking via Oyo & booking com but hotel declined checkin in both scenarios. Unfortunately I ended up booking this hotel twice, by mistake second time, same thing happened both occasions.

Receptionist very attitude, charging extra money without information Receptionist acting like no need business, better to change Receptionist so boss can get actual business

I don't like this hotel rooms. Very dirty floor and also bedsheets.i hate this
