Excellent location, rooms are very spacious and offer great comfort (a bit of niggles here and there, but nothing big). Service is prompt and warm. Overall a very comfortable stay that is also great value the price you pay. Would happily recommend it

I had a good overall experience during my stay. The rooms were spacious, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for travel. The hospitality was warm, though the service was a bit slow at times. Breakfast was adequate, but unfortunately, many items were not served hot, which could be improved. There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom--the shower didn't work properly, and I had to request a bucket and mug. Additionally, several parts in the bathroom were missing or broken, which was disappointing. Another issue was the coffee kettle, which didn't work in the morning. It took an hour to fix, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the stay was pleasant overall, but some improvements in service and maintenance would make it much better.

Good prices overall, love the sercive and staff.. Mr. Abdul served me well always, very professional and prompt. Happy with the sevices and customer interaction. Mr. Abdul provided me genuinely great service since many months. Happy customer, I can say.

Pros: Room is big with good amenities. This is a decent budget family hotel. Cons: This is not a good business hotel. Bathroom amenities are below average. Spread for morning breakfast is just adequate and I did not enjoy the taste. The service in the restaurant did not meet my expectation.

It was very awful. We booked HHI for a business trip and as we were trying to settle things in our allotted room on the 5th floor....|We found a bandicoot rat pouncing from the refrigerator. To our surprise, there were wrappers bitten by these rats spread all over the cupboard. The rat is a constant survivor of that HHI because it knows its hiding place. If it's a new creature, it would run helter-skelter to escape, but this cautiously moved alongside the wall and hid himself on the curtain rod. |When we complained to the staff, he wasn't shocked or surprised he smiled as if he knew about the intrusion of rats and that isn't news for him. The Hotel staff shifted us to the next room, where we found holes in the false ceiling and also the same crumbs of papers and wrappers all around the cupboards....|The rooms also had a foul smell.As soon as we found all these we moved to Regenta Inn a hotel close to Nexus Vega City Mall which fulfilled our expectations and also had a good and comfortable stay during the weekend.

I stayed in Room 501 for two nights. Room was well appointed, service was good but the shower was not working properly. Also there was no alternative arrangement like bucket and mug, if shower is not working. It is a small thing, but it can lead to poor guest experience.

We booked a stay for 5 adults through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival, the hotel provided only 4 beds. Despite our clear booking, the hotel staff insisted on additional payment for the extra person and were not cooperative. It was a bitter experience that left us disappointed with their hospitality and attitude. On the other hand, the customer care support from MakeMyTrip was satisfactory and responsive to our concerns.

I wish i could give zero stars. I had a really bad experience staying at this hotel. The room was smelly and not well-maintained, which made it uncomfortable to be in. With frequent electricity issues, and no hot water, the staff response was to casual. What really shocked me, though, was that someone entered my room without permission while I was out and my luggage was missing. My luggage was given which turned out was kept in another room and another guest claimed for it. Only after a threat of police complaint my luggage was given, and when enquired about this scenario neither night MOD nor morning manager had clues. Thankfully, nothing was stolen, but it was a close call, and it made me feel really unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless these issues are fixed. It was honestly a very disappointing stay.
