Hotel GS Komforts ( METRO O COMFORTS)

Better book beside hotel Sai Deluxe. GS, PPH, Royal hotel. All these are the same hotel, names are different.

I have stayed in this hotel twice while traveling through the Kempegowda international airport. This is on the main road of Amruthhalli. It's near to lot number f restaurants and shops. Just 400 meters from main highway to international airport. All the rooms are of same size with capacity max of 3 including children. Rooms are clean. I only felt the service needs to be improved as I reminded them couple of times for soap, towel and they didn't got it on time.

A separate geyser placed in each room for hot water. Cupboards and television facility is good. But rooms feel congested and beds could have been little longer.

Do not be confused by looks. Rooms are small but clean with A/C and heater in washroom. Complimentary morning tea is provided in the room by 8am. By the price, the deal is worth it. Fast free wifi is also provided. No complaints whatsoever.

As of Dec-2023: On reaching the hotel at 8:00 Am on 29-Dec, well aware of check-in time at 12:00, we only requested our car to be parked & we're denied on that request. First the incharge said the parking is not available, then he asked to check ourselves & we found it was empty. He still denied questioning as why we didn't book directly with the hotel. When said we couldn't find the phone number through Google, he did something in addition to Google search & taught us how we should've searched & pointed indirectly on our inability to find out the number of such a big hotel. He demanded us to pay for early check-in & was adamant that the car can be parked only if we paid for early check-in. Being such a big hotel we could only get 1 soap & 1 towel per room for 2 days of stay. We were asked to buy water or asked to fill the water IF we had our own water bottle, they didn't provide a water jar in the room. And one of the room also had leaky wash tap. So much for the big hotel!! The hotel may be good, but the person in charge was arrogant to the core, perhaps he's young & inexperienced for hospitality industry. Even the house keeping staffs were polite & courteous than the person incharge.

We have booked this hotel through Fabhotels. They have rated this as a 3 star property. But, it does not belong to any star property. It's the worst hotel with peeled off paints and untidy wash rooms. These Fabhotels guys are frauds, don't book through this app. After visiting the hotel, if you like it, you can book. But, don't go through Fabhotels. After making the payment and receiving the booking details also they are lying that they have not received money. They will not refund your money. Be careful with these fraudsters

Excellent!! Lovely hotel in a great location. The room were clean, very comfortable and variety of options for breakfast. The stuff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Nice place to stay. A total peace of mind. Thanks for the great hospitality. Looking forward to see you guys again soon.

Excellent experience. The hotel is at prime location with spacious room which makes you feel like home and luxurious. Comfort at its best. The support staff is quite professional, humble and quick to help. Well connected to the airport, railway station and bus stand. All amenities are available with super fast wifi. Food is also delicious and at reasonable pricing.
