Hotel Golden Chariot

I'm here right now with my 2 kids. One night turns into a month, because the hotel is really great. It has an unbeatable value for money, the rooms are as in the pictures, the staff very nice and try to arrange everything to your satisfaction. The kitchen is fully equipped on request, so that you can also cook for yourself. The breakfast is delicious and a typical Indian breakfast, it is delivered directly to the room, is varied and always fresh and tastes good. In front of the hotel there are very good grocery stores, small shops and restaurants - not far is a beautiful lake for walking. We feel very comfortable here. Thanks to the hotel!

All good except if they have provided parking as mentioned in booking.com. It's a deceiving trick to get business. I parked the car in front of somebody's home and slept without peace. Service and apartment is very good.

Location is quite decent but at certain distance from most probably where you might have to go. So cab charges is always on higher side kind of. Rooms were good, decent 1BHK flat it was. Receptionist Raju da was such a good and charming guy, done with quick check in. Rooms were fairly cleaned and maintained. Breakfast was served every morning, which again was good and quantity perfectly alright. Kitchen is there in the flat but there is no availability of gas and stove. Had it been there, it would have been a fully furnished 1BHK and complete go to place. Sofa in the dinning area was not very clean, had stain all over. But room was totally alright. Good options nearby to have snacks.

They scammed us. We were supposed to stay here for a month but had to cut it short due to an emergency. Since we had paid full money in advance, they said they can only refund a part of the payment and we agreed to it. But in the end, they refunded us way less that what we mutually agreed upon. They told us they'll send the rest of the money in a day or two but after waiting for a month, and calling them multiple times every week, they said they can't pay it anymore. Please save your money and look for a different place to stay in. Apart from all this, their service is also not good. Bed had dirty stain all over it when we checked in.

Best service apartment, good rooms tasty foods. Good staff
