We are staying family with children, safest place in prime location. Room service wonderful, complementary breakfast wonderful. Room neet and clean all facilities amazing and thank you all staff and services.....

Rooms are okay. The food was good. It is very economical, hence very good. But if you look The staff is so humble, attentive and cooperative. Three stars for the room, four stars for food and five stars for the manager and all his staff.

Rooms are good service is fine But hard to reach the location from airport or any main bus or train station due the tariff in this location

Nice hotel best location for international patients attending to medical treatment at the HCG Hospital which is the best hospital for cancer treatment. Great hotel management under Babu. I appreciated the hotel management relationship with staff. All hotel staff are quite friendly and cooperative. Nice restaurant with variety of meals. Fresh food and Full time stable Internet. The hotel is well customised to support patients and relatives attending to medical treatment. Accessible to other services. I never had a dull moment during my visit at Bengaluru. I recommend this hotel to family and friends intending to visit HCG and Bengaluru for business or treatment.

Really liked the stay here .The staff were very helpful and active.They served us well.Dinning, food and service was perfect.Reasonable amount with perfect stay.Very polite,humble ,staff basically our manager CR Babu who was very supportive including the staff.

Worst service I have ever received in a hotel in my lifetime. They dont have any process to inform boarder regd maintenance even. Even they do charge for a extra plate and spoon. Its just an example. Lot of discomforts are there which I faced. Would never recommend to anyone.
