Hotel Galaxy Suites Hebbal

I recently stayed at Itsy Hotels Galaxy Suites, Hebbal, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major transit points and offers free parking, which made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about our vehicle.||||Arif, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful during our stay. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist truly enhanced our experience.||||The hotel is surrounded by a variety of food places and you can also use online food delivery.||||In terms of cleanliness, the hotel maintains high standards. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. Daily housekeeping ensured that our room was always tidy and comfortable.

Rooms are decent -worth the value. Well located with all basic amenities. Only feedback would be like suggesting to use room freshers in room and corridors.

My experience in this hotel was too good, for cleanliness I have given it 5 star, staffs were also very helpful and they maintained uss well, rooms are also budget friendly, allover my experience visiting the hotel was great, and I recommend once in a life must visit this hotel and take the experience. I have always known Treebo Club hotels to be budget-friendly and offer a great experience. However, my stay at Itsy Hotels Galaxy Suites fell short of expectations. The biggest issue was the bedding, which didn't seem to have been replaced after the previous guest's stay. Additionally, the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, likely from the previous occupant, and it wasn't properly aired out. Unfortunately, this made my two-night stay quite uncomfortable as I had to endure the unpleasant odor throughout.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and very quick. My room had an exhaust fan prob and it resolved very quickly. I stayed in other hotels where they just wait till you check out. Very near to the esteem mall to catch local buses and other buses while travelling north. It was a very pleasant experience

We were there for 3 days with family. It's a well maintained hotel with neat rooms and washrooms. Arif the caretaker is available for any required service like food, laundry etc..Though there were some small issues like geyser, lights they are immediately attending and solving out...

very dirty hotels. the beds were full of dust and whole room was full of cockroaches. When i open electric kettle to heat water , cockroaches came out. I have got severe rashes all over my face, neck and body due to dust and insect and suffered sever allergic reaction and had breathing issues. I think the beds have bed bugs too. When i raised concerns to the reception, they said there is no issues and ignored. Very bad experience. I recommand not to stay here if you have health concerns.
