Hotel DBrooks Elite

Receptionist staff experience is not good. He refused to provide the RO water and tell me to purchase mineral water from hotel. I think water is the basic need. They are providing breakfast but there is no spoon. I think they need to train there staff to greet and Meet well.

I have stayed for two days Staff experience is horrible They don't know how to treat guests We pay and stay For tv recharge they ask us the amount, when in the terms and condition it is given as free tv in room, And biggest bad experience is faces here is they ask us money for the water they provide No hotel has done this And breakfast is terrible The bread which they provided is like 4 days old rough bread, can't even eat And tea cup hygiene is worst Staff demanding money for all Will never recommend and come again here

Horrible experience: Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress wire was hurting. Breakfast was not good. Food was not cooked well. The staff was not co-operative. They didn't seem to care about customer. No Parking No refrigerator AC was faulty

I had very irritating and the worst experience in the stay with D'Brooks Elite hotel. Especially, the receptionist a hindi guy with a bald head who's rude, doesn't even know how to receive and respond to customers. First thing in rooms the air conditioner is not working, no wifi and poor maintenance. Either receptionists and staff need to be changed nor should be trained well, make sure they respond to customers in a polite manner. Coming to the food not even refilling plates and breakfast to eat when it is completed below the mentioned time i.e 10 a.m. Really I had a horrible stay in this hotel. I would never suggest or recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the kind of pricing, its Tiny rooms, just a lodge kind of set up. no parking ofcourse, can't expect it on this road. Front office guys have different attitude good n bad. Safety seems okay. For an emergency stay, its fine. Else there are better options. Honest opinion check other options before this place as the last option.

budget friendly hotel. they provide tasty breakfast as well. The rooms are a little small but enough for a shorter stay and its budget price. very nice service i asked for the fifa channel to watch the world cup and they provided it . it was a nice gesture from the receptionist . overall good

Booked this one in slight hurry, but was pleased to get a good experience. The rooms were very hygienic and well maintained with tea/coffee arrangements. The breakfast was free and was actually tasty. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Pathetic experience. Worst ever in my whole life. They don't bother about customer at all. On complaining, their GM says I have over booking at my hotel so doesn't matter whether u r happy or not. He even didn't bother to give a courtesy callback to me. They even charged extra for just 1 hour early check in but didn't bother to compensate or acknowledge the service shortfall during stay there. In my opinion neither I'll book this hotel in future nor I'll recommend other to do so.
