1.It was an awesome experience staying in this hotel with my family and friends , The staffs were so friendly and family like care was given to each of our guests especially by Mr.Mohamad Kaif who catered for all our requests and last minute changes also. 2. The Check In Process and the hospitality was very good. 3.The Rooms were super clean and maintained very well. 4.The Food was very homely and they would prepare us hot and fresh on request for all of us. 5.The Location is easily accessible from the airport and nice place to stay but from the city it is a bit far off. The premises has a car parking and clam place to stay. 6. The Price of the rooms are affordable compared to other hotels 7.Overall I would recommend this place to my family and friend's whenever in bagalore or near the airport to stay there. The hotel was nice and clean. Food was also good. The staff was also courteous. However, one particular incident soured our experience during the brief stay...while checking out, the attendant told us that the towel from the wash room was missing. We duly informed that we were not provided the towel in the first place. Given that our stay was only 4 hours long, we never needed to use the bathroom towel. While the hotel manager did not give us a hard time about this issue, nevertheless it was embarrassing to be questioned like that. I would recommend both the hotel staff as well as the guests to immediately check whether all the amenities are available in the room or not after checking into the room, to avoid any situation similar to ours.

Everything is awesome in one word. Services of this hotel is super like food service and room service. All workers are very friendly nature. Mainly workers are the key for this hotel. I fully satisfied with the facilities. I will suggest this hotel to stay.

We got a corner room with limited space to walk. Can be avoided for twin sharing to office colleague. Food options for breakfast were too limited. At least running counter of Omlet n Dosa can be kept open for corporate booking . Stay was comfortable, bedding quality was. Just above inputs can be improved

The service was top notch.. right from the time u check in until check out; there is a sense of politeness and hospitality all around. They also suggested me to take the right routes and recommended the locality very nicely. The food was very wholesome and healthy; 10/10 for the food. Room service was impeccable; looking forward for more stays in the hotel.

This was a last minute booking, and I wasn't too sure how the stay would be though it was just for a night. To my surprise, everything was just perfect. Right from being welcomed by the receptionist "Priyanka" to the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The food was also very homely and tasty. Overall the staff is very hospitable and nice. No regrets on making this booking. Definitely suggested for quick transit stays as the hotel is extremely close to Bangalore Airport and quiet nice for a business hotel. Again a special mention to the receptionist Priyanka. She is Extremely warm and hospitable. We had a very comfortable stay.
