Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bengaluru OMR

Had a business stay at this property and had a great experience as usual. Comfortable rooms, sufficiently spaced for solo travelers / family of 2. Stay was made wonderful by their staffs - front desk staffs namely Arvind, Shambu, Abhiram, Junice, and housekeeping staff namely Sayakmondal. Food was great and they have recently incorporated combo meals which benefits solo travelers like me immensely. Breakfast spread was sufficient and good with live menus including dosa varieties, poori, pancakes etc. Last but not the least restaurant staffs were great in their service too. Overall stay made excellent by their staffs. Kudos to all of them.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days while relocating to Bangalore. It's a very nice hotel , little away from Bangalore's notorious traffic. So reaching here from Airport is also easy. The hotel staffs are exceptionally humble and helpful. My wife ans son really loved the hospitality. The food was delivered and more than that the staffs are amazing people- I want to thank some staff in the restaurant who made our breakfast ans dinners experience great like Rahul, Preet. The junior suit room was specious and cozy. Overall unforgettable stay.

Dining options are appealing, with two notable restaurants: the inviting Great Room and the charming Verandah, where guests can savor a variety of dishes. I was particularly impressed by Preeti, who went above and beyond to assist with every request I had, showcasing remarkable hospitality. However, the menu could benefit from the addition of a steak selection to further enhance the dining experience. Conveniently located adjacent to the Uptown Orion Mall, the hotel offers easy access to a wide array of shopping and dining options, including a lively food court. Overall, this hotel stands out as a solid choice in a prime location, supported by an exceptionally attentive staff. While the cleanliness of the facilities is an area for improvement, the overall experience makes it a worthwhile option for travelers.

He was always checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed. He managed the table perfectly -- clearing plates quickly and setting everything up neatly.|His service was super fast, and his polite, caring behavior made us feel truly welcomed. We're really grateful for the attention and care he showed. Highly recommended!

Great value for money. Modern and clean hotel rooms (can do with a refresh though). Lovely breakfast buffet spread with multiple on-demand options - the highlight of my stay. Pleasant service at the reception and the restaurant. The seamless access to the Orion Mall is a huge convenience too.

We stayed here to attend a wedding close by. The hotel room was small but well furnished and very neat and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful at all times. I loved the quiet atmosphere and will definitely return next time I visit that side.
