Fantastic service, great food, and amazing staff. Great choice for a hotel with very professional staff. The food is hot and immediately replaced once empty without delay. Any requirements in the room are fulfilled without second guessing and the staff are transparent about charges. Can extend stay with a price lock despite fluctuating prices.

The stay was below average. Due to its proximity to the highway, traffic noise was constant throughout the night, which affected sleep quality. The front desk staff did not proactively offer quieter rooms away from the main road, which would have helped. On a positive note, housekeeping was efficient and attentive. The management should seriously consider soundproofing measures to enhance guest comfort.

I stayed here recently thinking its IHG hotel. It was the worst experience of IHG in my life. I checked in the evening, The hotel is beside highway. The room they provided is right next to highway, I could not sleep at all. All the loud horns you can hear with same intensity as outside. Rooms are not soundproof as you can clearly hear what people are talking in the hallway. I requested frontdesk to change the room, lady said she will send someone to chaeck the noise. I waited for 30 min but no one came. I had to go to feont desk to get new room. The new room had a dusty and bad smell which i could not stand. I slept through night somehow, and requested my refund for 4 more nights as I cought cold beacuse of the allergies from dusty and smelley carpet. I checked out in the morning. The front desk talked with manager Fazal for refund request. Fazal confirmed the refund will be processed in one week. Its been 2 weeks,I still waiting for my refund. Rooms are so tiny, no wardrobe, no privacy in the rooms. Laundry is DIY. Its a hostel not hotel. IHG can do better than this. I am an IHG member, feels terrible.

We were in town for siteseeing visit and picked this place for reward nights. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast and staff was excellent. I would recomend this place for short stays but not for longer vacations only because room is kind of cramped and small.

Pathetic experience. Very small rooms, no wordrobe in the room. It's feel like a lodge. During checkin they took complete payment of my 4 days stay. They said it's hotel policy. This I seen first time. Normally maximum you have to pay some advance or half of total amount during checkin.|You yourself have to carry laundry and drop to reception, no body will pick up. If you order any paid food, u have to make payment at time of delivery, they will not accept to take this amount at final checkout billing.|I will never stay again in this hotel.
