It was a wonderful stay in Gokulam Grand Coorg. The ambience was totally peaceful away from the maddening crowd. The staff were prompt and quick in their service. They were always ready at the doorstep with a smile at any hour of the day.|Buffet breakfast availability was there with all popular delicacies. Added to it some of the Kannada dishes.|Front desk Miss Nanmita was always ready to help with her pleasing personality.|I specially like to thank Miss Puja from the Reservation Department for her extended help right from day 1 of booking catering to all our needs. She was really cordial and helpful. Her pleasing demeanour made our stay really a grand one which we will cherish.|I will personally request guest to visit the property to enjoy a peaceful stay admist the coffee plantation forest.

The food was absolutely delicious each dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavour. Special thanks to the chef and the kitchen team for their outstanding work. You can really taste the passion and care that goes into every plate. The service was equally impressive attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. This place is a gem, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The hospitality during our entire stay was absolutely off the charts. The breakfast had tons of varieties which were kids friendly. Both of our kids really enjoyed their stay here as the staffs were very helpful, kind, and extremely friendly with the kids especially these two young ladies Mawi and Suman as well as Anuron were constantly baby sitting our kids while we enjoyed our meal peacefully. Our kids were super comfy with all of the staffs around here. The staffs were always happy , cheerful and super duper accommodating in every way. We truly recommend for families to stay here for a wonderful family vacation. The guests can be rest assured that this hotel prioritises customer device relation, accentuating a warm and pleasant stay for everyone in house. |However, it would be great if the internet connection was better and there were more TV channel options provided. |Thank you for making us feel home once again. Definitely worth revisiting in the future.

Service is really good. Such a propmt service from laundry department. Superior manjunath was so helpful. Really appreciate the efoort of his. |My uniforms were clean and tidy. Delivered at the right time. Upon request they were delivered to me even before the minimum laundry time. So helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel . The service was perfect from beginning to end. Our waitress Suman was courteous and helpful, ensuring that our whole meal experience was flawless. I had an amazing experience in Vishu Food festival all thanks to the incredible service from Faizan, Bhavana,Sourav,Abinesh and suman All of them were absolutely outstanding so welcoming, prompt, and professional. They explained the menu in detail and made the whole dining experience feel personal and smooth. The hospitality was top-notch, and the service was impressively fast without compromising on quality.
