FabHotel Tangerine Suites - Hotel in Hebbal

Hotel is serving complementary breakfast only 1 item one time. It's worst service. No responsible person like manager is appointed by hotel owner. I had to go for emergency medical treatment but none at hotel who takes responsibility to take patients to hospital. Cook who takes me to nearest hospital. Only cleanliness is good about hotel. Better to go for purple cloud urban, Galaxy Suite,

They denied entry to me even though I had booked a room. The way the staff interacts is as if they are doing us a favor of some kind, they are extremely rude and should not be in hospitality industry. There is utter confusion everywhere and the manager does not have any interest in clearing anything out. If I was the owner I would be ashamed at the offerings given in the hotel. Worst experience, worst staff, and overall a dump.

One of the worst experience ever had. I had stayed 2-3days wherein i had booked the stay eith complimentary breakfast but they denied to provide the breakfast although i had shown then booking details. They haven't provided water bottles and towels on daily basis. The telivision and wifi aren't working. The staff are but rude and they drop the phone when requested on telivision. This is my third worst experience within a month with fab group hotels.

The hotel room and services were good except for the following issues: * Wifi was not available in the rooms. * There was some malfunctioning of the shower.. Sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. * Two switches didn't work near the table. * Morning tea was available only after 8:00 Or 8:30 am * Could not open windows at all. Some suggestions * Please provide a bucket and mug in the bathrooms to mix water in case of malfunctioning showers. * On Google Maps this hotel is available as Citrus Prime Hebbal. The maps sent by Fabhotel was wrong and showed 1 and half hour distance. Best aspects * Food was tasty. * Quiet place

Excellent Hospitality and remarkable services provided to us during our stay. We are really Thankful to entire team for their helpful nature and very active service Spacious rooms, hygienic bathroom, delicious food Would recommend my friends this hotel.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Even if you had the last chance of booking this hotel , do not go for it . Staying on the road is much better . Staff is ridiculously rude and unhospitable . Burning your money is better than booking this place .

Had Very good stay in Tanbgerine suites ... service 10 on 10... food taste 10 on 10 at very affordable price.... cleanliness n hygiene well maintained....

Had a great stay at this hotel, everything is outstanding specially I like to recommend food & service outstanding & rooms were well maintained Staff were very friendly
