FabHotel Phoenix Resorts - Hotel in MG Road, Bangalore

Pros- Location is good at the heart of Central Bangalore, church street and stadium at walkable distance. Rooms are good and clean Checkin was smooth . Good breakfast restaurants are nearby for morning breakfast and tea. Cons- No dining inside the hotel. They did not have any cuttilary, I asked for a plate, bowl and spoon I got reply that they don't have a single spoon and bowl in entire hotel, that was surprising since I paid a good amount for the room. After checkin no towels were provided, when I asked they said I am sending but I had to call them every hour to remind and finally they sent after 10 hours at night . TV has no active channels just the free stuff. WiFi was not working properly in entire room , only when close to door it was working Ok . Overall I had good experience but at this price range it is not worth . There should be more value added to it

Worst behaviour by the incharge sitting in reception (elder person). I booked in their offical website only but he was not satisfied with amount i booked. He shown that frustration on me directly and asked me to wait almost 30 minutes. Room and location is good. Not better in terms of room service, not given towel also. Completely money minded people.

I booked two rooms for two days stay at FabHotel Phoenix Resorts, 3/2 Lady Curzon Road, Shivaji Nagar, and Bangalore and specifically arranged for an early check in since my train reached at Bangalore at 8am on 08-02-2025. I needed a room and access to a restroom well before the standard 12 noon check in time. I was assured by the staff that, for an additional fee of Rs.500-600, an early check in would be arranged. Relying on their promise, I travelled to the hotel expecting to be accommodated. To my shock, upon arrival of 8 am with my friends, I was met with rudeness and blatant disregard for my request. The reception staff refused to honour the early check in agreement. Insisting that I wait until noon-leaving I stranded without basic facility for hours. They demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards their guests. I strongly advise fellow travellers to be cautious when dealing with this hotel group. Avoid this establishment if you value reliable service and customer care.

Not a super fancy place, but no real issues. It was good for a 2 night stay. Friendly staff, nice green views from the window and balcony, AC, comfy bed, smart TV. There was a little bit of mould around the toilet and the toilet seat was not set properly, so perhaps these small details could be looked after more.

The stay wasnt that bad nor was it that good. The location of this hotel is pretty good but the room and the service could be better. The bedsheets, pillow covers and the blankets was not even washed and the bed also was not that comfortable. The service could be better as we had to call them 6 times to get a bottle of water, I REPEAT 6 FREAKIN TIMES. Would not recommend but its alright for a one night stay.

Very poor arrangement. Was blown away by the pucture and the word resort. Checkin was fast after entering room had to wait for two hours for towel, waterbottle and toiletries. Room no 2032 as soon as i entered the room with in 30 mins i had to go and take tetanus as the sofa thats kept in the entrance is broken and nail is out from the side they have taped it with paper . So if tou dont see and enter carefully ull end up hurting urself. Maing now at 3:49 am cant sleep cz the ac dsnt work. I guess there are much better hotels around at the same or a better price.

People, please see the reviews in Booking.com and other sites before you book this hotel. The hotel is very old and the room was full of dirt and bed bugs. My daughter booked there for a week but unfortunately she have to leave with in 4 days due to high fever and allergy due to bed bugs. Inspite of complaining and checking out the hotels didn't pay back the money for which we paid for entire week.

Badly maintained rooms with discoloured linen. The toilet flush was not working properly and neither attended to inspite of informing at the desk couple of times. No even a hot water kettle in the room. Would not stay there again.
