Overall experience on day one was very good, I have confirmed my stay for next 5 days. Stay was as expected for executive pods. Bathrooms and toilets need improvement. Apart from rooms and provided amenities are at best price available. Staff were very responsive and addressing the issues. Mr. Omprakash was very cooperative during our stay.

Front office staff very good especially Ms. Beena was very friendly and cooperative. Housekeeping has to be improved specially the wash rooms and bath area. Bunkers are really very comfortable. Staff is very good. Linens and pillow covers to be changed daily especially after check out. Bath area showers need to be fixed with shower head. Wash rooms and the bath area are the only area which is lacking attention and needs improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pods were great--comfortable, private, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, which made the stay more pleasant. The hotel also has a good library, which was a nice touch for those who enjoy reading, and the gym was well-equipped for a solid workout. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The lockers were quite small, making it difficult to store larger items. This could be inconvenient for travelers with more luggage. The biggest concern, though, was the restrooms and bathing area. The restrooms were filthy, smelly, and didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. It gave the impression that hygiene was not a priority. The bathing area was also poorly maintained and far from satisfactory. These areas definitely need serious improvement. Overall, while the pods, staff, and amenities were good, the cleanliness of the restrooms and bathing area made the stay less enjoyable. If these issues are addressed, this could be a much better place to stay.

Absolutely outstanding experience! This hotel deserves a solid 5-star rating for its unbeatable value. The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. I was pleasantly surprised by how much was included--spacious, spotless rooms, a comfortable bed, and even complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming stay, which made it feel luxurious without the luxury price tag. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one offers far more for your money. If you're looking for affordability without compromising on comfort or hospitality, book here! You won't regret it!

Everything is nice, except the bathroom or shower area. The shower area for those who are staying in pods are not at all maintained. Majestic bus stand washroom might be better than this. Please work on your washroom as it is in very pathetic condition. Using a curtain for covering and it's not at all clean. People will get an infection if they are not looking at it seriously. Pods are good, even the facilities they're providing. Staff behaviour also appreciated, but they've to work on the cleanliness of washroom

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. All the services were excellent -- from check-in to room service, everything was smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Beena, front office Manager , who made sure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend!
