It's a peaceful and quiet place. Almost 25-30 kms from Bangalore City. Food quality and service could be better. If you want to spend time away from pollution, this is the perfect place. You'll find breathtaking view from the rooms. Best for relaxing your mind and rejuvenating your body.

Had an excitement to the max while we booked this HIGHLY RATED resort - for a family wedding tour to Banglore... Entry road and buildings from outside were impressive but the moment entered, smell of old wood, DDT sprayed on that were noxious! Sat - Sunday bring probably some party groups so found to be with 50-60 people but Mon- Tue -Wed made us to feel how GHOST TOWNS would look like.... Or rather reminded days of COVID! Bathroom with fungi on wall and ceiling, smelling badly and water - flowing at own will... suddenly will stop or hot water will come out with gush of air.... Pressure pump suddenly stops so tap becomes slow in the middle of bathing! One Night with wind and rains, only 3 rooms in the wing occupied and service doors started shattering and banging @ 00:30 am! Frightening experience for ladies - but thanks to service and repair person, resolved in 30 minutes... Television sets are of previous generation.... Forget about HDMI connection, only conventional 2 pin Audio - Visual connect! So can not connect own computer or iPAD through HDMI or Blue tooth! Once started screen takes its own time to get started - and half of the image remains blurred! Worst than a low cost HOSTEL or Government Rest houses! Now, Silver line in dark clouds.... Dining is a good experience, never say no attitude of staff and chef made us forget what all is narrated in the beginning - after all proving the famous saying, "way to happiness of minds is through the stomach". Though stained table clothes remained a daily non changing feature all days! Cleanliness of corridors and even making up of room was done well by sweepers and young boys... inspite of not having many guests they were on the job! Rooms size needs to be acknowledged. Over all, STRONGLY FELT CHEATED when the whole resort is having occupancy below 10%, STUDIO ROOMS (SUIT ROOMS) are vacant - can very well be offered agains 1 BHK MEMBERSHIP - rather than pushing to HOTEL UNIT - named as "Deluxe room". We have a feeling that under servings members seem to have become a NEW NORMAL FOR CLUB MAHINDRA! Recommendation: This is a place for those who can accept below average infrastructure with good food - especially while in large groups where in acceptance to such set up is there! We strongly felt that BELOW Three star rating is what is required to by shared with all members UNLESS class of rooms allocated improves and be strictly followed as per membership category...

Good part - Huge and spacious property with huge swimming pool. End of the good part. Bad part - Room Services are bad. The manager himself does not have empathy for guests. Worst part - FOOD. Horrible is an understatement. That's how the food is. It's oily, using tasting powder, stale fruits etc... the taste is horrible. Not an enjoyable place.

It a huge property no doubt. But very poorly maintained. Just a single elevator for the entire property and the ac in the room wasnt cooling as much. The breakfast service was alright. Food was all cold. Pools were dirty even until 12pm they werent cleaned. Although their pool opening time was from 7 am. Rooms were big & spacious but dint have a double bed. Only twin beds with lots of mosquitoes. The goodnight coil dint help much. Its a good place for events as they have a huge space for decor otheriwse its just an okay experience.

Hands down the worst experience with a Club Mahindra associated resort. The resort stands extremely below the standards set by Club Mahindra. The property: The general structure of the property does not feel like Club Mahindra at all. It feels extremely dull and borderline haunted. Felt like a movie set right out of a murder mystery thriller. The place is not suitable for a family outing. The rooms are old and need a revamp. Service: The service is bad. Staff is rude. I asked at the reception about the indoor games service and they told me that it closes at 6 pm as per 'higher management'. Whereas some other staff member told me it was 9 pm, and on their room information leaflet it was 7 pm. Their table tennis tables, fooseball tables and carrom tables were just for show as the table tennis ball was an extremely cheap brand which didn't bounce, fooseball ball was a table tennis ball and carrom pieces were indifferentiable in colour. Food: The worst bit is the food. You can have better food at any roadside stall than this place. We ordered a starter, sizzler and fried rice. All dishes were bland. Even the neighbouring table complained about the food to the chef. We ended up dating cut fruit plate because that was the only thing on the menu that they didn't cook themselves. Overall an extremely bad experience. I hope they fix their issues soon.

Good getaway resort for corporate events. Spacious and clean rooms. Property being big and located far outside the city, the place is very calm and relaxing. Service and ambience were good. Food was excellent and less spicy so not a problem for people preferring mild food.

Manager suggested us for Candle light dinner: after experiencing it was very cherish and pleasant

The rooms are old and dingy, ac is noisy , the service is also very poor. Food is below average . Views are good but be careful , we spotted huge snake and when we informed the reception, they were very casual about it and said many more are there, no action was taken to ensure the guest's safety. For the price that they charge, the services are below par.
