Domus Regency by ShriGo Hotels

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Absolutely ridiculous service and management. Booked the two rooms for 3 nights, and all three nights there was a problem with water. On the first morning, there was no hot water until we approached the Reception and then they seemed to have switched on the central water heater. This is a silly backdated approach to water heating. On the second morning, there was no water at all due to borewell issues, which was still understandable as it was a novel issue faced by the hotel. The callousness and zero accountability shown by management is what pissed me off on the third morning. Inspite of informing the hotel management the previous night that we have a flight to catch in the morning, and specifically telling them to take care about any water issues, they failed to do so and there was not a drop of water in the morning. When asked about it, the manager said this was a novel issue for them and they could not have 'guessed' when the water would get over. Which is as ridiculous as it gets. One only needs to check the water level in the evening or night to estimate if they have enough until morning. It's the most basic thing and if they can miss and justify the same by calling it a 'Human error', one can imagine how irresponsible and unaccountable the management is. I booked directly at the Reception and hence could not hold them accountable and no refund or compensation offered for the disservice that we paid for. Lesson learnt, always book through online portals so that they can be held accountable.

When I reached Domus Hotel it was midnight 2.00 AM, Manager SANDEEP SIR was in Reception and In 2 min i got a instant smoothly check-in. About Me :- I have been a BIKE RACER & TRAVELLER since more than a decade(10 years++)...After staying in 600+ hotels experience, This DOMUS REGENCY HOTEL is Unbeatable, Highly standard...its a Top Noch Hotel with great deals and Great place and easy and every facilities for Guest and Travellers... Rooms were decent. Hotel is good. Their restaurant has tasty hygienic food. But their AC wasn't working at night, also their hi tech lighting system failed to switch off roof lights at night. This caused us a disturbance while sleeping. No one was able to help us resolve that problem at night. May be this just happened once. Other than that overall a good hotel for family.

The stay was so pleasant. The food was exquisite. The staff were very polite and helpful. The receptionist was so kind and very punctual. The entire team of workers are so committed and good at responding through phone. The deluxe room is like lit. Super and spacious and AC works like magic. 24 hrs hot water and room service available.
