Crimson Lotus

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our 3-year-old son and were quite disappointed. While the reception area looked clean, the rest of the property did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The balcony was dirty, with used matchsticks and cigarette butts scattered around. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic, with stains in the bucket and mug. The room was small and cramped, and water was leaking continuously from the air conditioner. We were offered breakfast at the time of booking and paid an additional 300. However, the buffet included only upma, kesaribath, idli, and vada. To make matters worse, a staff member informed us that the fruits on the table were reserved for other guests who had booked the wedding hall. The food quality was also very average. On a positive note, the receptionist was polite and the location is convenient. However, parking is at the owner's risk, which is another concern.

Best hotel and best hospitality and also best service everything is wonderful. I went with my family and of course this is family hotel and my father enjoyed a lot and the staf and hotel members are very lovely nature and friendly to us. I would rate 5 or more stars coz hotel is worth it Thank you all.

From the beginning, everything went smoothly, and we're already planning our next visit. The main is the pool On Terrace , which my kids absolutely loved! We also enjoyed an amazing North Indian dishes that was delicious and well-prepared. The rooms were quite spacious and neat, providing plenty of comfort for our family. The bathrooms were maintained with excellent hygiene, adding to our overall satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for a fun family getaway!

BED BUGS WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. I DO NOT RECOMED THIS HOTEL FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS I have booked Large Family Room for 2 nights by paying 16,840 rs. On the first day of stay we noticed Bed Bugs ( check photos ) when complained they shifted us to Tiny room ( which cost 2k per night ) so next day we checked out by cancelling 2nd day of stay then they refunded 5780 rs. So lunch , snacks and dinner for 2 adults 1 kid and 1 infant baby with 1 night stay at cost us 11,000 + rs. Pathetic Money Minded people. And about service...if we order food need to wait for 1 hour .....water botels served after 30 mins. Bloom Suite Hotels provide HIGH Qulaity rooms , Hygiene, 5 start hotel food at 5K for Family Room with 2 Queen Beds ( better choose Bloom Suite than this cheap rated Crimson Lotus ( money minded people )

Most amazing stay at this hotel! The property is really well-maintained, and every corner reflects attention to detail and cleanliness. The ambience is perfect for a get away from city life; the facilities are really topnotch. Specially made mention of Manoranjan and Subham for their great service in making our stay comfortable and memorable: Their hospitality and professionalism really stood out and made the difference. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience without the bother of anything. Cannot wait to go back!"

We had a pleasant stay at Crimson Lotus from 4th to 7th March, 2025...the general manager Vishwas Sir, Kaushiki Madam and Shubham at the reception were very polite and helpful...the food provided was good...we liked the ambience and location of the hotel...
